Is this competition still going?

I've nearly owned my N/A 33 for a year...main reason was I am on my P's, enough said. I love the looks of the car and have loved Skyline's in the time that I was growing up. I got nothing against people that buy N/A's, its their car and there pride..no need to bash them and make them feel low for what they possess. We are all part of the Skyline family, I mean..which parents treat there babies like crap?

Yeah I was in the same position as you. I bought my Skyline but I was still on my auto license. Was driving my car around to learn the ropes of manual haha, started driving it by myself for about a month until highway patrol pulled me over and yeahh....got a fine and lost points. Not worth it. Ring up RTA and find out everything before you take action

Hmm my cars jumps a little on idle when its warm and after a while of driving it will misfire/pop in the low revs.....any idea whats going on with myne? And yes my guess would be the coils.

I am a P plater aswell, own a 96' R33 GTS4. My car is mostly stock except the wheels, sound system and...an exhaust I have sitting here waiting to put on haha. Since we are very restricted on what we can do I believe it all comes down to what you want to do in the future. If your going to keep the car and wack in a turbo later then start off with the suspension and handling. I'm not planning to go through that phase but instead I am going on the saving route haha and hopefully can afford a GTR once I hit my full lisence. With that being said, you can always do things to your car and then take them out and put them into your new car. Like I said, it all comes down to your plans on the future with the car, you don't want to spend a crap load of money in the end and expect to sell it in 2 or 3 years and get it all back, it will turn into dead money. So yes, first plan the cars future before starting to work on it

Hello all, Up for sale are the subs in my car, I have got a new sub so decided on getting rid of these. They are 2x Rockford Fosgate subs in a ported box. Thanks for the reply. You mean where it says "Nominal Independance: 4 Ohm / 8 Ohm" correct? I think that means that the "4 Ohm" is for the RFR-1412 and the "8 Ohm" is for the RFR-1812. That link looks pretty helpful...but I can honestly say I am confused just looking at it

Hello guys, I recently bought two new amps for my system to replace my old ones. I got the Soundstream Lil Wonders. The LW 1.800 Mono block and the LW 4.500 four channel. Well after going into my system alot more, I have realized the subs that I have currently run at 8ohms. I have two Rockford Fosgate RFR 1812 subs. Now to my understanding my subs will be underpowered alot correct? I am thinking of selling these subs and going for the Soundstream 10" T5-10 subwoofer.
