I got a diff-back exhaust suited for R33/34 (not sure about 32), bought it for my N/A 33 but never got around to putting it on - $70 R33 Series 2 Grill - $50 Got a box in the shed filled with stock R33 GTS4 shocks/springs. Well when I brought over my car from NSW I went straight to Vicroads and paid for new registration and that was it.

Yeah I have been pulled over a few times for random breath tests. Just be polite and show respect, works like a charm.

Yeah you would want to overpower the sub rather than under power it. If you sub is running at 300w rms then look for an amp that can handle that load. Don't worry too much about the peak

What's the variants you can do for regular back squats? Interested on the differences with feet positions and high/low bar

Try pointing your toes outwards

Lunges are a killer! If you superset your leg presses with some lunges to the other end of the gym and back i guarantee you will not walk the next day lol. Lunges really hit your quads nice.

Yep it does come down to foot positions. With leg presses I like to have my toes pointed slightly out. To me that reduces stress on my joints AND it feels like my quads are working a way lot more.

Yep bodybuilding/training is a not just a sport but rather a lifestyle. Eating, training and sleeping are all factors. What works for one will in most cases not work for another. It's all about experimenting and THAT ladies and gentleman is what makes it just so damn interesting!
