  1. not too sure. would have to look into it but id assume rb25 and s15 base pressure maybe the same which means probably 440cc. i think at about 50psi base pressure they can flow over 500cc. i just know im going to run a set in mine and alot of others are doing this as well. pretty sure there good to easy flow 250rwkw+
  2. Item: s15 spec r injectors 440/480cc x 6 Age: unknown Condition: used but good Price: $350 To Fit: (What car) rb25, sr20 Location: toowoomba Contact: adam - 0400859570 Comments: i bought 3 sets so i had two full sets for an rb 25 as im going to use one set and the other set was for the other car we were doing but since that has sold i dont need the other set, they are **SPEC R** injectors as well, the reddy teracotta coloured ones which are 440/480cc depending on fuel pressure. would really prefer to sell them as the set but if someone wants only 2 i will then sell the other 4 seperatly as 4 are in a s15 rail at the moment i will have them ready to be sent out on thursday next week
  3. hey guys i have 6 s15 injectors for sale. iv bought 3 sets so i had two full sets for an rb 25 as im going to use one set and the other set was for the other car we were doing but since that has sold i dont need the other set. they are **SPEC R** injectors as well, the reddy teracotta coloured ones which are 440/480cc depending on fuel pressure. would really prefer to sell them as the set but if someone wants only 2 i will then sell the other 4 seperatly im chasing $350 pick up or delivered express post for them. as 4 are in a s15 rail at the moment i will have them ready to be sent out on thursday next week im in toowoomba pm me for info or if interested ill get pictures later today adam - 0400859570
  4. when did you notice the power drop from the timing belt changed? as soon as you picked it up after the change? if you really think it was lots slower id pull the front cover off and check it or have someone check it for you as from what you said they only checked ignition timing and not cam timing. the figure means nothing if you think it lost that much power.
  5. i think from what your saying is you want the car low regardless of legalities and you want a base height adjustable coil over. eg. like ISC's where you use the bottom mount of the coilover to lower shorten the length of the coilover without touching the spring i have ISC's, my car is used only for drifting on a track (ie - better conditions than roads) and iv had no troubles at all. mines an s13 tho not a 34. so from what your saying just look for a coilover that is base height adjustable in the same sprinrates as the teins as you wont be able to go as low as you want with standard spring rates
  6. i dont know about them but im interested too. saw them on yahoo and there pretty cheap i think they maybe for minivans only tho
  7. i have one. series 2 engine, with long cooler piping and i have full boost by about 3800-3900. i have a microtech running my engine im in the process of finding 2 more s15 injectors so i can turn the boost up
  8. there is a distinct lack of cat;) i have a 3" decat pipe. the exhaust is a 3" straight through to 4" pipe as the tip i took the hose off the actuator and ran it like that to see if it built boost with no source for the actuator to operate and it did fine. iv moved my ebc solenoid much closer to the turbo now and will try it later today and then if it doesnt work ill try put some restrictors in the ebc lines and also try a bleed valve
  9. yeh it is. but its not to bad. i didnt get a printout of the dyno sheet cause im going back next week when its sorted. the tuner also told me that i may need to put restrictors in my vac lines to the solenoid and after the solenoid as theres too much pressure for the ebc to deal with. he said it may fix it but wouldnt be ideal.
  10. hey cars been on the dyno yesterday and today. all was going well until he decided to put more boost in it. he cant seem to control the boost with the ebc. he said there is just too much air running through at the same time. the most boost he can get out of it is a quick spike to 8psi when using the actuator. he reckons that with a bleed valve it would do the same thing again due to the larger capacity of the engine. it will hold a consistant 5psi. has any one else had this issue? is there away to overcome this? he has tuned it plenty rich enough for me to take it to about 15psi/280hp so i can try and get my ebc to work could i try adapting a stiffer actuator onto it or what? i think the problem is the actuator is just too soft and no matter how much control the ebc has the actuator is still going to open the engine is an rb25 with a hypegear tr43 turbo and a gizzmo ibc
  11. yeh should be able to fit then. also found a few remote mount clutch masters getting round. you could get a wilwood one to work for about $100
  12. it doesnt matter which mounts you use. its just in the way. i know of someone who has done it and used a smaller clutch master from an s14 or r33 but i couldnt be bothered. or you could run a remote mount clutch master. mine i got sick of it and went back to the standard plenum and got creative with the cooler piping. im doing my mates in the coming weeks and he bought one of these aswell so ill experiment with it and see if we can make it fit. if you have a small clutch master you could space it up a bit and possibly get it to clear

  14. anyone have any good info on it? can it be hard wired?
  15. yeh laurels the same as cefiro. we have just done another silvia with a 25 and used r33 xmember and engine brackets with rb30 mounts and it sits really really low plenum is now sold please close thread
  16. hi i have recently bought a trust informeter and am just waiting for it to arrive. however im running a microtech lt12s and didnt think at the time to find out if it can run with an aftermarket ecu? http://www.trust-power.com/03electric/infometer_white.html it is designed to be plugged into the diagnostics port and again i dont have that as my rb25 is in a silvia. does anyone know if its possible to hard wire it in and if it infact needs the standard ecu to run? im sure iv read somewhere that it can be hard wired in but i couldnt find that info when i searched thanks adam
  17. i used a c33 laurel and it still didnt fit. it should have now worries fitting any form of skyline

  19. hey im new here. dont have a skyline but have an rb25 in my silvia. probably see a few of the qld'ers at qr when im there have fun
  20. so use a standard unmodified rb30 tps and it will plug straight in and work perfectly fine i take it then? thanks for clearing it up
  21. hi i have done searches regarding this but can not get a definitive answer. i have an rb25 with a forward facing plenum which was designed to be used with a xf throttle body. i know they open up differently to rb25 ones. so i need to know which TPS i need to use. i have heard that you can use an rb30 one and modify it or an sr20 but cant find any concrete info on which is easiest. if the sr20 one fits without modification id prefer to go that way but if not and i need to go for the rb30 one well ill deal with that as it comes. if you need to use the rb30 one is there a wiring diagram that shows exactly what needs to be changed? and are the rb30 n/a and turbo ones the same? thanks
  22. possibly a fuel pump issue
  23. great. thats all i wanted to hear. thanks
  24. this is what i had in mind but with the return i can plumb it into a heater hose line that i have free after removing the standard throttle body, then i only need to put a plug in the standard feed hole i could plumb the old turbo return line in to the line that originally went through the t/b and down to the heater hose unfortuneatly not. its a hypergear tr43. will still be fun in my silvia tho thanks for the help so far
