The ingredients that help the production & efficacy of Acetylcholine would certainly help with short term memory in that Onnit Product.
However, the B6 level is too low to be effective towards the brain neurotransmitters called Dopamine and GABA.
It's interesting that it contains Theanine and Tyrosine, but the blurb doesn't say how much of each is present. Can you find out more before I comment further?
What I should mention though is that if Theanine and Tyrosine are to be efficacious, the formula would have to be taken at least 0.5hrs before food or at least 2hrs after food. That's to enable those two amino acids to cross the blood brain barrier without getting diluted by other amino acids (as in protein foods).
