  1. And I got my new spare key programmed (after cutting) from the guys below, Kazu and Todd at JapLink Motors 175 Parramatta Rd Haberfield NSW 02 9716 0857
  2. I think that in your position, it's wise to wait a little and then reintroduce yourself by phone (ie at a distance).
  3. 2007 Simon.
  4. Where was this specimen during the R32 GT-R 21st Marko?
  5. When Powerplayimports was selling the Z-Tune (at the same time as the Chassis 4 GIO godzilla) it was going for any bids above $150K Of course, it's value has gone north by 65%
  6. I like that ^^^ and I'd like that
  7. Actually Dan, I'd look at it! Then do a comparo with mine, which has done 185,000Km Mine's a workhorse.
  8. It's the 06-07 XT that has the propensity to show Fault Codes #1410 & #2432 I don't think the 04 has those issues via the air pump leading to corrosion in cylinder 1. In any case, if 3 cluster lights stay on, it's an expensive fix. I'd ask the owner to allow you to check this Foz over at Pulse Racing if it's near Sydney; Paul will give you an unbiased check. I think the timing belt, tensioner and water pump have been done at 100,000Km eh? On the 06 onwards, that's due at 125,000km. X-Force can drone on some cars. Keep the test drive steady at 80, 100 & 110 to check droning. The paint is thin on Fozs. The leather is thin on Fozs. Electrics are usually good. Longevity is good Breakages occur a lot when modified in the engine and then stressed - even on running gear/diff Good resale value, although $16K for this is at the upper end. If you're in Sydney and so too is the car, you're welcome to drive mine for comparison. I'm on iPhone at the moment, so I can't tell where you are.
  9. Looks like this weekend. Cheers T
  10. Am in the process of talking the CEO of Toyota Penriff into a nice grey import from Iron Man so he'll pass on the Manager's 86 to me after 25,000Kms jk
  11. ...stretches my imagination too; but not my knowledge.
  12. Benifex seems pretty mild. So what benefits do you wish to elicit dezz? There are several forms of Vit B3 eg Nicotinic Acid, Nicotinamide, NADH etc. * improves insulin resistance * reduces cholesterol along with oats * reduces one form of PMT along with evening primrose oil * reduces passive/aggressive mood disorder via helping serotonin to work better Need more than 100mg daily to be effective. Brands include... a) Executive B Stress 100mg b) Tresos B 200mg c) Stress B Forte 200mg d) SF88 200mg e) Meta B Complex 200mg f) Hivita Stress 400mg g) Activated B3 in the form of NADH
  13. For you to get good service and good food at Hurricanes, you have to look like Steve-0 & that's a bit difficult for me
  14. How experienced and network-savvy is your "local importer"? Does he have a good mechanic-inspector in the car's home country whether it's USA, Japan or elsewhere? Rust is just one enemy... I've bought 4x GTRs. 2x locally. 2 through an importer. Mathematically in today's climate, if the car's insured value is above say $28K, consider the importer route. If it's below $18K, I'd buy locally. Anything in between is on a cusp and thus it'll depend on whether or not it'll retain value with low depreciation. Consider the above on the basis that extra costs can amount to $6K of which your importer only gets $1-2K Hope this helps.
  15. I didn't see the 60 Minutes Doc on Sugar 3 days ago. Can anyone enlighten us or make a comment? Benifex? I went into a chemist just now to look at the formula. Not there and can't procure. Can you post up the ingredients then? I wasn't having a go at any particular person in my NFI post > just making a factual point emphatic hehe.
  16. As a 16 yr old, you've asked how... a) to acquire a gem of a car b) to take care of it c) it performs in an audio/vid Maintain that drive & motivation throughout your life, and the world is your oyster! Some of your fellow students meanwhile, will be riddled with grog, weed or destructive envy; and whilst their motivation drops away, it's sad to see their dream evaporate. You've also plucked up the courage (through your eagerness) to ask questions. I applaud you for that - when I was 16, I was too shy to do that!
  17. I'll take a Pic tomorrow & get a price off God_speed since they're his. It shouldn't be much Doug.
  18. Black n White themes always work well. The fact that I opted for black skirts n pods was more dictated by black rear view mirrors. Yes a black c/f rear wing blade is also tempting. Congrats on the white R34 above!!!
  19. Are you after amber lens ones or clear? I only have amber - very good cond.
  20. Or do what your Mum suggests and buy a glove.
  21. ^^^ All in the benefit of SIDS to have Muscle mixed with Supercar el presidente!
  22. Don't you play, "SIMON SAYS" anymore??? ...taken by matt_m at the Cameron Burke Memorial Car Show at Springwood Golf Club 2 days ago. > Money all went to SIDS. Cameron was a young fellah who died.
  23. [quote name='R33- Terry_GT-R34 Tyre pressure is? - 32psi GTR-34A - Like i said they're brand new tyres Kuhmo KU36 18/30/265 all round,.... Is the tyre still rubbing on full right lock? When tyres are cold, is there any improvement by pumping up tyres to 38-39 instead of 32? Your profile is only 30 remember.
