  1. Marko, the size is 18x10.5 +15 I believe that they come out of the factory with normal GT-R (BBS) rims, although the original owner immediately optioned up to BBS LM whilst new. My log book also says (& I'm proud of that owner for this), that all services were done with Nissan Japan (which doesn't take kindly to their cars being serviced elsewhere I've been told). I consider myself fortunate.
  2. Autumn is nearly over here in the Blue Mtns. Out of those taken to-day & pasted in the Black 'n Blue thread, this is my favourite...
  3. AUTUMN COLOUR IN THE BLUE MOUNTAINS atm Grabbing it whilst I can... The 'window period' is nearly over for this year...
  4. Here we are Kat... Have a drink while you're waiting... BTW, PM me if you're going to CRD on a Mon or Fri. I wouldn't mind an introduction... Ta, Terry
  5. Under the Rules Of SAU Classifieds Romina, you need to put a price on each item and post pics. It's for the sake of the seller as well as buyer.
  6. I think the R31 is quite a deal lighter than the 280ZX isn't it?
  7. Yeah, it's best to go all over it Callen. Tap-tap-tap every sq cm!
  8. Yes, I take the word "average" with a grain of salt, because whenever the 'bell curve' is skewed as you say Adam, there becomes a bigger difference between "average" (ie "mean") and "median".
  9. Yes-s-s-s-s > I'm grateful
  10. Malco Nanotech Banana Cream Wax, will get that stuff off without the abrasion of a polish. PM me Genelle if you do make the SAU AGM, and I'll give you a bit if you bring a small bottle. OP, how long since the car's last tune? Does the exhaust tip extend far enough? How rich is it running? On cold start is there a lot of white particulate matter or dark?
  11. Are your calves or even toes cold to touch? If so, it'll be good as macdog says to go into ocean water. Cold water will cause a biological feedback mechanism to send more blood to the peripheral parts of the body (like your legs) to warm them: in so doing, the extra blood supplies more oxygen which is deficient there (as macdog also said). If your calves and feet are cold to touch, also get a Vitamin B3 Complex which is made up of quite a complement of Nicotinic Acid form. It stimulates more blood flow to the periphery too. A good brand is Hivita Stress at the health food shop/chemist ;or through your Dr it's called Nikaid on prescription. It's not a drug. You may get hot with it for 40minutes or so but that's ok.
  12. Satin Black on the right. Original on the left.
  13. When a shot is taken like this with artistic aptitude, it's hard these days to convince an onlooker that there wasn't any 'touching up' eh? At least in film days and without computers, we were limited to multiple exposures if 'touching up' was contemplated. Yes, keep adding your talent to the monthly thread!
  14. $80 including postage to Blue Mtns? If it's over 1m long, Aust Post doesn't accept though.
  15. Separate motors drive the front wheels. RW dedicated. I didn't like the open top version. No mention of damping or chassis; but based on a Lexus in some ways. It'll be interesting to see if propellers can be put on it.
  16. Is the CCA Rating up to speed? Is it a completely sealed battery eg. Lithium or Calcium-alloy suitable for the boot? If you want to avoid the hassle of manoeuvring the battery around the rear strut brace yourself, you can get a telephone quote from Battery World or K-Mart Auto and ask them if they offer free instalment with use of their own battery pack. * The battery pack enables the new battery to be installed without the need to reset electronics * When they see the rear strut brace they think WTF, but they install it anyway without charging you extra - lol
  17. I'd love to have these on my N1
  18. This is what I sold last month Michael, although it wasn't a cannon... 3.5" straight through exhaust with side baffles only ...but maybe these guys make a cannon? Hope you can source what you need
  19. +1 ...especially if you rock up at the workshop late in the day and there's a distinct smell of 'weed'. just sayin'
  20. On my R34 GT-R and being a 63 yr old, Brad... Lumleys SV Insurance Premium = $1,190pa (with choice of repairer, all windows covered including 1/4, sum insured is over $100K) BTW, Welcome to SAU
