If your rotors are getting close to minimum thickness, get new rotors regardless of whether they are standard, dimpled or slotted. Do you have Vernier calipers or a micrometer? Have you looked up the minimum thickness spec?

For any used car on private sale or at auction, use this site to pick up "flood damaged" vehicles. The way the weather's been, you know what I mean.

I had a Nismo Timing Belt put on after an oil pump change on a GTR. The whirring sound lasted for about 3000Km until the belt settled.
