  1. Deposit taken thanks...
  2. fixed
  3. Can I assume that your insurance company can use this ^ ^ ^ information + the police report? I empathise with you Geoff; but so too should your insurance company claims dept who have access to their own legal experts perhaps? Corinne will know...
  4. Hi http://www.kenlowe.com.au/ then click on "Contact Details" I used the 3" wide one, but have a chat with Ken to see which one suits you.
  5. The NACA Duct can be fitted from above or below. $45 + gst + post http://www.kenlowe.com.au/raceglass1.htm Qld - trustworthy guy
  6. Thanks David, Shehan, Vik and others: I just hope that I can be excused for not having time to do a final wash of the car before inspection/s tomorrow. 'Tis fairly clean anyway.
  7. Yes it is! ^ ^ ^ That's an awful faux pas (- an insult to Clarion)! Nice to see your car doesn't have a mistake - even if they can't quite get all the details right Bob! Thanks for sharing!
  8. This is the kind of feedback that makes a career like mine worthwhile! And thank you for that! To read that you've been MOTIVATED to take a HOLISTIC APPROACH and work on every aspect of your WELLBEING is a CREDIT TO YOU my friend! > 'Er...
  9. Best suggestion I've heard for a while. Those Alfa Romeo dudes can't have this behaviour all to themselves! In fact, I'll grab my wife's hand and wave it - she's always wanted to be the queen.
  10. Story reopened... Just thinking along the edge of a dumb set of laws... One of the guys at TSI was pulled over and subsequently was about to have his car defected. Then the HWP officer realized that the car was out of registration and stated that he couldn't defect the car whilst the rego had expired. The general problem with this is that if one gets into an 'at fault' accident whilst the car is unregistered, the driver/owner can be liable for a massive $ hit! Now here is a 'piggyback loophole'!..... What if one is pulled over and no traffic infringement is in the offing > but then the policeman wants to inspect your car for defects > and whilst you know that your car can more likely than not get pinged for this 'n that > you proceed to rip off your rego sticker > is not your car 'technically' unregistered? > quickly proceed to kindly tell the officer that the car is unregistered whilst not displaying the sticker > and it can then be less expensive to suffer the indignity of a ticket for driving an unregistered vehicle (than to cop defects) > then replace the rego sticker a little while later??? ????????????????? I'm inquisitive.
  11. ^ ^ ^ It seems that Osborne Park is in WA And we agree that the ute driver has more to worry about than you - don't be a victim; be a survivor! And as nathanau alludes to; Don't fret about it - because even when you win, you can still lose.
  12. "A woman's ass is something to behold" says Al Pacino ...in one of his movies - lol And this lady's ass ^ ^ ^ is easier to fix than most - lol as C.S. says above! ...even if the guy in my Sig v v v can't stop staring at it - lol
  13. We have a "Traffic Lawyers" thread here in NSW. You can start off one in WA too > collection of recommended astute masterminds of the courtroom. Chances are, when your lawyer catches up with the driver with the info that you have a witness, he'll probably want it settled out of court. He has more to lose with a black mark against his name within the motor insurance industry. As nathanau suggested, I wouldn't get too sweaty about this one, but I'd just be deliberate/patient/determined and let the lawyer handle it.
  14. I vote for the GT-R (whilst owning a 530i BMW too) and get a $2K Corolla to run up the Kms. 'Tis better to get the wet weather dirt on your daily as well. Really, it'd be different if you were comparing the GT-R with an RS.
  15. The Black Pearl GT-R is still owned by a family member who in turn sold his R33 GT-R. So currently Mohammed, we have two; that is, until an inspection this Sat morning... (> anyone wishing to inspect, it'll need to be Sat afternoon onwards thanks)... ...of the Bayside Blue Beauty... Sometimes, pollutants in Japan and harsh sun in Australia can cause the clear on the NACA Duct to craze. This one is perfect (except for leftover polish dust - lol)
  16. D.K., A.S. and S.A. > I've replied as best I can. Perhaps a nice red one will look good in my garage Michael.
  17. ummm... Not driving with you Longz! Next time the cops'll defect the driver as well as the car. jk Well you are one person I know who has had Advanced Driver training - and it shows. Oh yes, there's an insert silencer for the Kakimoto. Many thanks... ...er, now I'm going red - lol
  18. If I keep the car, I think you're right Brett. women and their shoes > men and their wheels sigh
  19. ^ ^ ^ You guys are good at knocking off 1x "0" from the price - lol One enquiry already... Thanks C.S. > We can stay in touch depending on further progress.
  20. You're wasted in your current employ Paul! Clairvoyants make more money I think! And thanks Richard for your thoughts. The car has only done 5000Km in Aust, so total aggregate is 47,000Km
  21. Pictorial of my car is as follows... My V-Spec II runs absolutely trouble free and has had no accidents. I suppose at 1Km/hour below it wouldn't want to have had an accident - lol The Bayside Blue paint is thicker than other colours that come out of the Nissan Factory

  23. Subject to me obtaining something else... My 2001 model R34 GT-R V-Spec II is up for sale. Price is $57,500. Enquiries via [email protected] please. It came from Nara in Japan stock, with 42,000 genuine Kms (34,000kms on original cluster + 8,000kms Nismo cluster) and log books. This car was regularly serviced in Nara where snowfalls are fairly minimal. No visible rust. It was souced by an Aust Dealer so it was not auctioned; but would have attracted the highest Grade. Coming up in Post #2 are the Australian details.
  24. Many thanks Richie... As of 2 mins ago, this car of mine is up for sale providing I can get my hands on one I'm considering. If interested, PM me - I haven't even designed a F/S thread yet...
