  1. Almonds mostly have cyanidins with a little bit of arsenic trioxide > but hey a little bit of poison is good for you > it kills the worms that would ordinarily eat you!
  2. "I am willing to pay 100-200 for an hour" Is the above said paragraph separate from the rest of the thread? If so, may we gentlemen relay what other services 'er extras we can offer for that price and within that time frame?
  3. You've had lots dealings with them Paul and much more recent than I. I trust your judgement and feedback. It'll be good if they're just relocating. Otherwise, it's a darn waste of a brilliant technician like Alistair!
  4. Fair call! + Replace the clay bar when you can't get a clean patch = don't skimp!
  5. Bodyformaero aka Peter uses that repair centre. Just ask for the finish to be up to "Peter's standard"
  6. The clay bar also requires constant kneading so that the pollutants and particulate matter don't stay between the clay bar and paint... > otherwise more scratches can be generated. > whilst it's necessary, a lubricant can't do it all.
  7. If one wants to go natural... 1) l-Tryptophan which is a precursor of Serotonin. It's that part of milk that makes people sleepy. But it only works if taken away from other amino acids (that would dilute the Tryptophan). Useful to prevent restless legs syndrome. Brand Name = S.A.D. made by Dr Veras Dose = Start with 1 level teaspoon in juice at least 2 hours after dinner ie 200mg > reduce over time 2) Melatonin which is usually produced in the pineal gland in the brain Brand Name = Melatonin Lozenges 5mg obtained from Qld company called Golden Glow and made by Blue Roc Dose = Start with say 3 lozenges under the tongue for 2 minutes before swallowing an hour before bed. > reduce over time 3) Valerian mentioned above Brand Name = sorry > I'll have to look it up Dose = sorry > I have to look it up 4) Bupleurum Brand Name = Stressan made by Metagenics Dose = 1 capsule a couple of hours before bed > increase if necessary to 2 5) Theanine Brand Name = Ultra Theanine by Dr Veras Dose = Start with 1x 200mg capsule a couple of hours before bed > increase if necessary
  8. Even almonds contain arsenic. The cyanidins in apricot kernels are too small when you consider that one should only take enough kernels to reflect how much fruit one would have in any one day. But more of course if cancer is nigh > without going crazy on them.
  9. Do you think it was a good idea then to tuck SiNNO and others who were more at risk of defection into the guts of the convoy Shell?
  10. Damn good Joel! First time I've seen a silk purse out of a sow's Cube !
  11. That's fine. The lubricant has some water in it anyway.
  12. Those successful Membership applications will give you inside running towards an end-of-year event at Trackside Restaurant too with a noted speaker! + a Technical Night in Oct to be announced real soon! We're real glad you newcomers all came. It made our day that you did!
  13. However, right now, there may be occasional potholes after recent rains. Just stay far enough behind the car in front to avoid them, and stones thrown up from them.
  14. wrong black hole
  15. I tried to think of a more appropriate meaning of the "JDM" acronym - but yes, ^^^ is perfect!
  16. Sorry that I had to bug-off from Agnes Banks to a meeting. Back on thread, it was great to meet up with a great bunch of fellahs at Penrith. I really appreciate picture angles of my car that have never been taken before and I do hope all the ladies had just about as great a time out there too. Thanks again to the shooters, Pat, Joel & David! Any feedback from the girls? Anyone do the short twisty section 4 times, or 6 times instead of 2? If you ever go there again, there's a nice bush walk at the base of the cliffs. + more of course down at the end of Govetts Leap Rd & Evans Head Rd (suitable for low lip cars).
  17. Both of the following helped 2 owners win different "Best XXX" Award categories at the R34 GT-R 10th Anniv 1) Nepean Valley Smash at Emu Plains > Jason 47353522 2) G&S Bodyworks at Yennora > Gus or Sam 96812686 Hope this helps...
  18. 2008 Forester XT (or XTL if you can get that within budget).
  19. Matt's getting used to "the-height-advantage"
  20. http://www.dandeliontea.org/ things you liked to blow - lol
  21. ...and your location is?
  22. Good excuse for a 'JDM034' cake!
  23. Good stuff! ^ ^ ^ Eating beetroot and chives continues to keep uric acid low. Drinking dandelion tea and eating artichokes helps to tonify fatty liver and produce bile.
