Stagea 15Th Anniversary Event...
GTR-N1 replied to GoldZilla's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I've got to laugh about Cordeaux Dam... When I was 17 and Treasurer of a different organisation, I set up a mystery tour to Cordeaux. It's a great spot! Yes, let's consider that one too. If we get a sponsor, then they might offer collateral for prizes. If I had a Stag - a powered up Stag - or a great looking Stag; I wouldn't knock back a prize/trophy. Will consider Homebush Bay. Will need to do a Recon anyway. Thanks for offering help Nick, Ben, Dale, Ryan -
Even though I may not know him Nick, express kind regards and support from me too. There were 4 crashes on the Cruise For Kids on Sunday too > can easily happen.

Stagea 15Th Anniversary Event...
GTR-N1 replied to GoldZilla's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
How would this sound as a proposal?... Date:- Sunday 2nd October on the long weekend (but a week before Bathurst races). It's also the 1st day of Daylight Saving. Time:- 10am > Leave at 11am Meetup:- Top Secret Imports 36 Forge St Blacktown with only Stageas lined up along the outside of the sweeper up to Top Secret itself, for photography purposes Sponsorship:- Top Secret Imports (but they're only discussing it at this moment - but plans can be changed if we're rejected) Destination:- West Head at the end of West Head Rd, Ku-ring-gai Chase National Pk. Overview:- West Head Rd is newly laid out hotmix tar, with a great lookout at the end. Electric BBQs. It would be busy there on a long weekend with parking spots along that stretch. UHF radios are an advantage so that we can gradually fill up the carpark at the end in due course. Other ideas are welcome! -
In relation to #2, was there not an emphatic briefing to drivers at the start? And were all drivers at the briefing? > Paying attention - or ADD?

I think you have understated one important achievement.... By June 2010, the membership numbers were on a slide; but now... Membership numbers have "J-curved" upwards. From a human element, I'd like to see all those new members be emailed and asked what more things they'd like to happen this coming year and how they can contribute - time permitting.

^ ^ ^ That one will be straight Nicotinamide. That will do as a first bottle I think, but next time I'd get the Hivita Stress which has 350mg Nicotinamide + 50mg Nicotinic Acid + extras The extras can't be overstated because they include choline and biotin which both help your liver to produce more of your own B3 > knock on effect that you won't need as much B3 as months go by. Anyway, let's see if any mid-afternoon tiredness goes away + feel less stressed + sleep better at night (so long as you don't take the last dose too late in the day) + higher tolerance to pressure etc

Superspark Vrs Split Fire Coil Packs
GTR-N1 replied to shishi's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Insufficient info... Are your looms flexible as they should be? Does your car use an ignitor? Over how may kms and under what sort of load is your car going through? -
Superspark Vrs Split Fire Coil Packs
GTR-N1 replied to shishi's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Well even though both are good, the owner of Superspark has a reputation for honouring his warranty; whereas Splitfire is reluctant to do so. Looms need to still be in good condition in case some questions arise. -
It looks as though it will be a monster event Les ...with some autumn poplar leaves just starting to turn gold. Shall discuss this at a Club Meeting.

So the car is going OK now? If you can only find 5 plug leads, join SAU and we'll find the 6th one for you.

IMHO... Bronze - looks good on a maroon R32 Titanium - like on the Volk RE30 titanium will look good Gold - can look great; or it can look awful depending on what gold colour it is. CE28N or the ADVAN range have got it right. GTC can be ok too. It's subjective.

Willow Bark for Breast and Bowel Cancer prevention > made by Mediherb > available from Naturopaths in tablet or liquid Keep in mind that one research paper suggests that other than genes, there are 3 contributing causes of bowel cancer that if tackled, makes bowel cancer preventable... a) physical activity b) eating lots of fibre like psyllium as in Uncle Tobys Fibre Plus or if prone to high cholesterol, Oat Brits c) don't repress feelings emotionally so > talk to your friends/God/your pets Melatonin for Melanoma and Lung Cancer prevention > made by Blue Rock > available from Golden Glow and create your own account rather than pay r.r.p. This is the hormone that is lacking if one is prone to jet lag after flying from west to east long-haul Hope this helps Genelle and others...

Thanks for the pics Bob. However, I believe that... 1) the Organisers didn't submit a Schedule 1 form to the Police which irked them and the locals a bit and... 2) there was an accident along the way ???

Cats.....do They Make A Difference?
GTR-N1 replied to simpletool's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Agreed. Ron P further up the Mtns had a METALCat on his R34 GT-R and destroyed it within 15 months thru running rich > no warranty -

^ ^ ^ Yes they can find it helps a great deal, especially over a timeline of 2 months or more when skin is more moist, hair tone and energy is better + weight comes off more easily if one was overweight due to this.

Deep Vein Thrombosis can be more prevalent in women who've used the contraceptive Pill but there are other causes (eg genetic) that doctors know about far more than I. I was only using aspirin as an example of a drug that is used to prevent stroke by reducing the viscosity of blood. But yes, Non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs like Nurofen can abrade the lining of parts of your alimentary system like aspirin does and they do thin the blood too. Mostly they're used for analgesia though. Tomatoes, broccoli and many deep green vegies have clotting factors. These shouldn't be given to those in hospital on strong anticoagulants; otherwise it's like taking 5 steps forward and 1 backwards again. Aspirin is salicylic acid. Willow Bark after digestion changes into salicylic acid. Methyl salicylate is also one of the salicylate group of compounds but also know as Oil of Wintergreen, it is used as a liniment by application onto the skin - and not for ingestion. Yes it does have an antiinflammatory effect and reduces surface bruising a little. Hirudoid Ointment is better for bruising though. Foods that encourage hypotension (aka low blood pressure) include Fish - Bonito, Mackerel, Tuna, Sardine Fruit - Banana, Cranberry, Pomegranate Grains - Oats Mushrooms - Maitake, Oyster, Shiitake, Reiishi Vegetables - Onion, Garlic, Celery Oils - Olive, Sesame, Fish Oil Ginkgo Biloba increases peripheral blood flow to the cranium, penile area, capillaries and feet. It can reduce blood pressure by easing Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

After >31,000 posts it's easy for one to be too tired from typing tyre as one tries to type "try" two words before "tyre"

In that PI article Dave, it doesn't say if or how much trouble there was in fitting the R34 GT-R V-Spec rear diffuser to the R33 GT-R. The article just says, "The exterior is completed with a cutom-fitted later generation R34 V-Spec carbon rear diffuser, a very expensive addition that costs $6000 new from Nissan!" The one I bought from Eugene at JDM Performance was a whole lot less than half that! Peter at Bodyform willingly did make up the support brackets + the metal diff bracket for jacking purposes > fitted it exactly to my previous R34 GT-R which was not a V-Spec.
