Screamer Pipes are a wank unless you're building a fully dedicated track / strip car. Plus it's a major defect in several states which means your car is going to get towed and end up in an impound yard for some fat bastard towie to play with.

By the time you rebuild it and spend the money on a hiflow you could of picked up a decent KKR turbo that would outperform it easily.

Sell it, very old outdated technology and you can find better 48mm / 50mm external wastegates locally. The new Turbosmart 50mm is the goods, or the GFB. If you want something cheaper get a Tial.

All those catbacks look shit to be honest. Get something fabricated, will probably end up coming out on top in both price and performance. If you're paranoid about the loudness of your car get some mid mufflers / resonator or just baffle the shit out of a box and call it your exhaust.

Spotted these plates on an R33 GT-R, is it yours mate? it was near tint a car, had to go to QLD transport to hand in some old plates BTW I was in my 121 bubble, the brapper is too loud and smokey to go anywhere near the DOT lol.

I bought an OPTIMA Red Top for my FD, easily the best battery I could find at the time and locally stocked (battery world). It cost me $400 and that was on special. Be aware these units weight a ton though however they won't ever let you down.

Also very keen on this! I've had to use E85 ELF Branded 200L drums and it's not cheap - $2.50 litre + freight (200L drum) - the 20L are even dearer. What mix are they using for the other 15% - 98 RON? or lower Seriously considering changing to a meth mix but not sure how the 2x 044's would handle the highly toxic mix. Currently have a surge setup with a Carter Gold lifter - 2.5lt surge and 2 x 044 Bosch fuel pumps and Turbosmart rising rate reg. Full braided lines and speedflow fittings, 4 Indy blue 1600cc injectors. Motec M400 running gear. Just looking for peoples experiences in running methanol using these pumps, whether its a 50% mix or a 90% mix and information would help. This system has handled E85 (15% 98RON) ELF branded ethanol but looking for a different option as right now as meth is alot easier to aquire in my area, that and the fact that ANDRA have banned E85. Have been told to upgrade to a magnafuel pump but not sure which one, reccomendations? Thanks, Gary

When does your engine make peak power? Personally on a stock internal RB25 I wouldn't go past 7k if I wanted to get a decent lifetime out of the engine
