  1. I have 4 x 1000cc Injector Dynamics High Impedance Injectors. I bought these injectors brand new from Titan Motorsports and had them Fed-Ex'ed over from Florida, USA. They are BRAND NEW - still in sealed packaging, unopened. They come with additional fittings so you can use them as EV1 connection if necessary. http://www.t1raceparts.com/en/products/det...d-injector.html These injectors are high impedance which means you can run them using a Power FC ECU with the injectors in saturated mode without the use of additional resistors or injector drivers and having to convert your injectors to run in a peak and hold format. They are a top feed injector so if you have side feed injectors you will need to have suitable rails to fit them. Reason for selling, no longer using Power FC, changing to Motec and going bigger. This is a perfect upgrade for somebody who has a Power FC ECU (or other ECU that requires high impedance injectors) that doesn't want to use big indy whites with shit response and resistor packs or injector drivers. I paid $590 USD for them landed here. Willing to sell all 4 injectors and additional connectors for $450 + Postage. (Thats almost as cheap as a set of Rochesters) Will not separate or swap, PM me if you're interested. More information from Injector Dynamics:
  2. I had a GT-R for near on 4 years and I can tell you that a modified 13B-REW is anything but "hairdressery", they might be small but thats because they're not a boat like a R33, when ATTESA isn't their to save your arse you actually need to drive the thing
  3. Wow a well set up initiative with financial backing and support from some of motorsports legenadary identities, this might just actually work Good luck with it all, I still can't believe they shut down Surfers Paradise International Raceway in 1987, it was an International venue capable of holding long endurance races and was a top notch facility.

Heh I'm at the point of doing a fuel system for my T88 powered FD and the power FC is just not up for it.... high impedance injectors only unless you want to run dodgy resistor packs, I'm trying to run the new Siemens 2430cc as secondarys and if I stick with the power FC I'll end up having to use something like an FJO / AEM injector driver Seriously considering an M800 as that's what my builder uses in his car, but I may explore the VIPEC V88.
  5. Woodford?
  6. Sold the GT-R a while back but the little Mazda 121 is still running on that oily rag I throw in occasionally
  7. Greddy Profec B Spec II, plenty around, may even pick up one second hand. Quality product always held boost well for me.
  8. I'd love to but.... Rotaries, they are a love hate relationship, love driving one, wallet hates me. I think their is about 3 Series 8 FD here on the sunny coast, my other mate with one is at the same workshop getting his rebuilt now, just our luck haha.
  9. I received a full exhaust from the dump pipe to the cat, (already had cat back) custom fabricated 3 1/2 inch for $800 so that guy is pulling your leg.
  10. any large figures jimmy james?
  11. I've never had a problem with aus post express services.

Are you talking about the Gas Motorsports Solara? If so who did the tuning for that, was it Phil Laird, Joe Signorelli or someone from titan or elsewhere?
  14. Usually 40mins to an hour maximum if they are a reputable workshop.

Vipec / Link are an amazing ECU for their price, I wouldn't put anyone off them. I have seen eight second cars and the Vipec controlling 8 x 1600cc injectors perfectly.
  16. The roads up in North Queensland, Bowen / Mackay area are atrocious, potholes everywhere.
  17. An excellent contribution my dear deaf friend.
  18. BOV if it's plumb back, a good turbosmart one, not a cheap ebay copy. Don't go atmo it's just an easy defect.
  19. The standard injectors would remain linear to around 84% duty cycle after that they go static meaning they're constantly open, this is what leads to detonation and blown engines. If you have a PFC Handset or another aftermarket dash monitor your duty cycle, I ended up changing my injectors on my GT-R when I was above 250rwkw just to be safe with an in-tank fuel pump.
  20. Anyway I think a mod should close this topic it's been done to the death and even though you've probably read some insightful comments regarding the NSU Wankel it'd probably be wise to lock it before it degrades into a Boostcruising like shitfight.
  21. Mate go get an autometer gauge that you can put in your engine bay they're like $20 and hook it up to your regulator, its such a cheap mod for important information if you're running more than base fuel pressure.
  22. 250,000 km's on a 1989 Mazda 121.
  23. First off you've gone WAY off the plot trying to compare your meat torpedo bike to an automobile, don't do that, completely different category of vehicles. That is why ANDRA sanction different classes of drag racing for different vehicles, Doorslammers, Top Fuel / Alcohol, Ozmod etc.. And I was simply stating in ANDRA Pro-Turbo drag racing the vehicles that are in the 6 second bracket currently are either POWERED by a Rotary or a 2JZ. (PAC Racing now has the fastest rotary in the world over the quarter mile )Sorry to dissapoint you regarding the RB series engine but it's a long way off a 200mph+ trap speed 6 second ET. I'm not saying that an RB series motor is not capable of a 6 second pass, but at the current rate the workshops who are using RB motors in drag racing are hardly close, the difference between a mid 7 and a mid to high 6 / 200mph trap speed equate to hundreds of thousands of dollars in drag racing.
  24. Gary hates rotaries and mazdas LIES
