  1. This is the Ab-Flug Supra VeilSide Supra !!
  2. Friend has some HA coilovers in his starlet (height, camber and damper adjustable) Need to know if there is a service agent in Oz for them, do any of you guys know of one or is there a distributor ??? Thanks
  3. Have fun, the grill shouldn't be an issue as there are several companies that do an aftermarket version of the stock grill but the bonnet is the trick as they are fairly sort after and normally priced accordingly, don't forget that they are aluminium so be carefull when shutting or you will dent it
  4. If you look on the inside end (Furtherest from indicator) of the lights there are some plastic tabs this is where the GTR grill would be attached to so in fact your lights are the same as the GTR lights. I know of 2 people with GTR bonnets on their gtst and there was no need to change the lights.
  5. Sorry but I don't know exactly, on a few cars I have pulled apart I noticed that when all screws have been undone and it still will not come off there is usually some plastic studs that press into holes and clip into place, it is these that need to be forced...
  6. Yeh that's what I thought but the abs unit didn't seem to appreciate it ??? good to find out FOR SURE FIRST THOUGH.
  7. Install is easy....unplug stock ecu, plug in jap ecu, start car and go hard Not sure if they are all like this but I never had a problem....also got rid of speed cut and lifted rev limit by 500rpm there was no actual tuning involved and when I coupled it with a big pump and apexi s-afc I took power up to just under 220rwkw (remember that 220kw is the absolute max for stock injectors)
  8. Here is a small pic of one of the coolers we got from ARE for my friends S13, very very nice welds this design took a while to perfect with flow bench tests etc.
  9. What eng...sr / rb? Microtech is cheap and nasty/coarse but will do the job, a remap is the way to go on a budget or go to the local wrecker and find an aftermarket ecu. I got a Blitz Access ecu for $100 from the wrecker
  10. Dam ARE make sweet stuff as usuall...you will NOT be dissapointed with your cooler, I have bought at least half a dozen from Richard
  11. As in WA and as per vspec-man said NO so check out NSW to be sure....and remember what they can't find won't hurt them (don't sit handset on dash and leave standard ecu in place with some of the original loom)
  12. Not sure but check that they work on ABS assisted cars if you have one. We built one for my mates s13 with abs and it didn't work very well....it was late one night when we decided to do it
  13. Normally there will be some type of plastic push stud thingy and needs to be forced...like pulling the dash apart just be careful and look for where there is resistance and you will be right
  14. DO NOT sell your line...only sorrow and heartache will follow and sometimes intergestion, nothing good can come of selling ones line trust me
  15. Um yes it will cost $9855 and usually takes 3-4months ???? As above
  16. I wouldn't buy an Autronic personally, me and a mate did some serious homework for his rb20 S13 and without a doubt MOTEC is the best in fact it is probably the best management in the world. I suppose my comment isn't really fair about the Autronic...I just think that if you are going to push for 400rwhp then it will not be the best choice. My suggestion is to contact Cramer Dyno & Performance in Toowoomba (It is well worth the drive) and chat to Tim he is great with MOTEC, MICROTECH, UNICHIP and most other management options so have a talk to him (get him to do the work too if possible) email me for more info etc [email protected]
  17. What was the notice ??
  18. Suede = Yes Boot lid = $200 - $300 Bonnet = You CAN mod yours but it will cost a fortune and will probably look crap, just try adn find a GTR one even if it is damaged. Your lights will be fine. Mods = 1. Exhaust (Full from turbo as dump pipe is very restrictive) 2. Filter (In box) 3. Filter (pod with CAI) 4. Bleed valve (not too much) 5. FMIC 6. Bleed valve (to 14psi on stock turbo) 7. Engine management (chip, safc etc) 8. Turbo (VG30 is cheap and good for 220rwkw) 9. TURBO (bigger, ball-bearing) 10. ENGINE MANAGEMENT (Better than prior if you go cheap) 11. Injectors (550cc) 12. Internals, timing etc The best piece of advice I can offer is get it tuned by someone who knows what they are doing after each major mod or boost increas.
  19. Option Magazine sponsored R34 GTR (Full carbon body) Another top chop this time on a rex
  20. Seems that light gunmetal / dark silver is big this year, would deffinately be my fav colour
  21. I remember the first time I saw the VeilSide R34 and although it was ugly I loved it and couldn't look away....same with the 350
