  2. injectors and coil packs off r32 rb26 injectors $200 coil packs $50 also have a hks rb26 fuel rail $200 pick up only from sydney
  3. it is blocked because nothin comes out at all even with heATER on and car heated up so hoping i can get the block out any ideas of how to do that.
  4. the 10mm bolt that is on the plenum side that is the breather for the water i started the car today for first time it is a rb26 in a 32 gtst and i took that bolt out and no water or air pressure came out at all wat is happening is it blocked somewhere. we even tryed a air blower off a compresser in the whole and nothin at all happen is this a problem.
  5. which engine mounts do i use off the the engine because the gtst ones dont fit properly they hit something to do with the oil filter but the 26 ones are longer will they still work or will the engine sit to high. anyone done this andwat did they do exactly thanks.
  6. hey everyone i had a microtech on my rb20 now im half way threw putting a 26 in the car the computer adapter pugs straight into the 26 loom but wanted to know if the wires are the same or do i have to cut and change a couple.

  8. i have a thew items to get rid of as the engine blew and now have a rb26 gtr injectors were cleaned just before i put them in so $150 standard rb20 block needs rebuild as it f**ked $50 2 whole plenum side of the head regulator rail tps etc $30 each also have rb20 rocker covers which i had powder coated black never put on car as it blew to Quick they look awesome $50 rb20 loom make a offer standard rb20 computer $30 rb26 coilpacks $50 i also have a stand up jetski which i want gone it has no rego has a trailer so need it gone $300 really only pick up or i meet sort of half way if isnt to far
  9. the motor was out of a gtr 32 half cut which had 52 on it yer im goin to do a bit of freshening up but we will see how far i go it had a boreskope done and compression test and ran on a engine bench before i bought it. the gearbox im using the rb20 one with straight cut gears hopefully it will last traction i still have to sort out the suspension is set up for it and i have 265 wide tryes at the rear so we will see wat happens should be fun the only wori i have is the sump the rest doesnt wori me yet so it is easier to cut and weld my sump then tryin to fit my rb20 sump to suit
  10. i got the gtr loom which doesnt wori me and fuel is all aftermarket so no problem there and a high rise manifold with a 35/40 so know prob i just mean basically if there are any mods hav to be done to fit it in properly all the gear came of mt rb20 which blew up so i bite the bullet and said f**k it rb26 into it with my parts but yer all i know off was the sump and use the rb20 mounts and should go straight in just wondering maybe i could use my rb20 sump would that fit properly or not big enought

  12. i dont know the exact specs but i will find out tuesday orr wednesday but from memory about stage 2 for a gtr and all the springs and lifters were to suit it he reckons that i could rev over 10g rpm which i would never try even if it can
  13. what is coil bind. lift i dont know but they r reground gtr v spec cams and 100kms it was a manufacture fault in the belt and now the whole fix is under warranty but the fix is for standard rebuild but im puttin 26 crank and stuff thou it
  14. u all say that porting an rb20 head doesnt flow much but im flowing not much more then a rb26. i did think of this before i started and me and the engine builder talked it all out and made sure it could flow easily enough for what i wanted. and i still got my rev happy rb20 that i had reving to 9500 rpm and didnt skip a beat that what i had it built for with the turbo my power band doesnt start till about 5500 rpm but it worked great till the belt snapped. but the head is getting fixxed and isnt cosing much its just the block which im still unsure about. and legal bullshit that i prob about to go threw with the belt company which i dont know who to speak to about it
  15. could be good just watch gearbox axles and diff i dont know wat your runnin so be carefull if there standard
  16. it is a how to guide but it is the driver. u could get a better time but have more power in a lighter car your next prob is traction. i got a 32 gtst when i ran mine had about 190 rwkw and ran a 13.5 but bad traction launched at to high revs. does the how 2 guide tell u what to launch at because what if 2 drivers do differant launch 1 at 4g and 1 at 7g they both goin to get 13.4. it just doesnt make sense but best way is run it u mite surprise yourself and get a 12 i hope u do. just run it a thew times each launch at diff revs to test it out
  17. it wont make any noticable differance unless u have a thew other mods to support it but u prob wont like the sound it makes i would leave it till u get a hi flowed cat
  18. u could look at a mid 13 to low 13 u mite be pushing any 12 but it all the driver and a good take off u could hav 2 drivers same car 1 get a 15 1 get a 13 so noone could giv u a good answer but the car should be capable of a mid 13
  19. it wont be much louder just very tinny ive blowen one out on another car
  20. at the moment im still waiting from a engineer report it was a defect in the belt from manu facture so they will only pay to have that engine fixed which i will pay the differance for the stroker put in. the head is already getting fixed just got to sort out the warranty for the block but they r goin to fight it and i dont know who to speak to about it.
  21. the head work was port and polished with oversized valves custom springs and custom cams. the porting was huge about asbig as we could go safely. and obviously new lifters stem seals and valve guides to suite.

  24. how much work did the block need to fit the crank and pistons
  25. have u come across many problems with the build. the main reson is im lagging to much to make the power i want so i need to bring it on earlier which i stroker would work perfect and make even more power
