  1. 5k i know but that is with cams and that but it did what i wanted to do i just wanted to work the standard engine.
  2. an rb25 doesnt fit the rb20 head very well to much work to get it plus i pull out then straight back in no moods to anything
  3. hey all. just want any advice on what im about to do r32 gtst rb20 timing belt snaped and broke 2 pistons bent 19 valves and snapped 5 valves with guide damage aswell. everyone would say new engine but im not keen on that because the head just cost me 5g worth of porting and custom parts and had alot more work just done car hadent even done 100km before the brand new belt snapped which killed everything head is fixxable and i dont want to waste that money so now thinking bottom end rebuild and stroke to 2.4l which will bring my boost on early since i have a gt3540which on the dyno about half an hour before it snapped made 280rwkw on 18psi. i want to bring it on earltier then 5grand revs and boost it up to about 22 and hope make between 330 and 350 kw
  4. hey all wanted to know were to get a clear cam cover for a rb20 one that doesnt say rb26 dont mind if its clear but would love one which says rb20.

  6. hey wat would be the standard pressure for the fuel regon a 32 gtst in putting on a adjustable rising rate reg on and want to know were to start wta pressure. will be goin alot higher then standard but need to start somewhere when running it in.

  8. nar nar 223 at the wheels but have a thew mods to support it. 3 inct turbo back hybrid front mount gtr injectors gtr fuel pump splitfire coil packs microtech lt12 electronic boost controller pod filter and 15 psi i will get wet-25l to scan my dyno sheet as he works with me. and i only have a laptop. anyway looked at turbo yesterday and its f**ked heaps of shaft play cracked fins and metal shavings hahaha time for the garrett gt3071 to go on. and my standard clutch now slips with this power thaqt sucks.
  9. hahah yer i know it is abit much but 15psi. how can i check if it is f**ked it doesnt blow smoke or anything.
  10. hey everyone got a nice prob with my car got a thew mods had it dyno tuned 3 weeks ago again after bigger injectors and pulled 223kw atw which last time i got 202 same dyno but i feel like the car is slower and when i went against a mate in a stock r32 i use to own him now i only just start pulling in third. matbe thinking it is my turbo starting to let go because it is still standard car idles and runs fine just doesnt pull as hard. if anyone has and ideas of how to check or anything else which could be doin this pls help. im about to sdo my big turbo set up in about a week but if it isnt the turbo which is f**ked i want to fix that problem first. thanks everyone.

  12. hey guys i have 2 sets of standard rb20 turbo coilpacks both work no problems and also have a set of standard injectors with rail and regulator and some other spare standard injectors need to be cleaned came straight out of my car they have all done about 70'000 km out of r32 1992 model skylines. im in sydney and only want pick up. if interested give me a call on 0431 314 714 and offer a price. thanks.
  13. where in the engine bay would i be able to find the standart boost solonoid on a r32 gtst. would it be the thing on the top left hand corner of the firewall that has a vacumm hose to it or is that the standard boost gauge.
  14. hey guys only had my r32 gtst for a couple months i got it stock but now it has a turbo back 3 inch frount mount intercooler pod filter gtr fuel pump boost controller and im having a microtech and map sensor put on next week but the original afm has carked it and put the computer in limp mode so now i cant get it to the workshop to put the microtech on it how do i get it out of limp mode pls help onnly have to drive about 20kms. thanks
