  2. WOAH...... taht shit looks HOT man! nice work...im deffintely sold on the jade on 33s
  3. did anyone else notice that this is obviously not an RB26? more like a 1/2JZ
  4. thats not a R33 Type-M wing, correct. R32 and 33 type-Ms existed, R34 didnt have an M-spec tho. needless to say this wing would need a phat kit to set it off

saw two R33 GTSt's in warrnambool yesterday, one was black/dark blue heading down the main street with chromies. the otherone was parked in the main street, was silver. had awesome spec stock muffler
  7. ^ exactly, moving air is much more succesful at that...i hardly ever push it anyways, no need, and less fuel consumption
  8. is it entirely neccesary that i should run a turbo timer on my engine? considering GTSt's came stock without them, mines no different really... iv got an Apexi pen-type turbo timer that i could hook up. stock RB25DE with a snail on the side...7PSI etc...castrol edge 10W40 with oil stabiliser...i guess im just not sure as not having owned a turbo car for long, someone with more exp might be able to answer my question cheers
  9. i have a standard RB20 BOV if your still chasing one...
  10. VCT got bought in with the S1 R33s and from thereonwards was standard. easy way to tell whether or not it has VCT is whether it has a buldge on the lefthand side of your timing belt cover. the only RB25DEs without VCT were the ones from the R32s, VL owners usually use them on RB30DE builds as they dont have to modify the block as much. Luke, i had the same problem that your having. just launch it at about 4-5k RPM and you should be alright if youv got grippy tires, cos thats where the torque band is. i gained heaps of bottom end go when i turboed mine, cos of the high-comp motor.
  11. hmm well i think il have a go at sikaflexing them aswell
  12. what about those two bolt points that are on the left hand side of that pic i attached?
