  2. after front and rear GTS-t brakes, as long as theyre 5stud preferably in victoria
  3. $462 fitted yup i got it installed at the time i bought the car, thorugh the dealer, but yeah complete options were contracted out to install it. make sure if your looking, get one with a siren attached...mine didnt also the fact, its a 3point imobiliser, will reduce your insurance costs maybe
  4. would the mount fit an R33?
  5. just took a pic of what im talking about, may help and yes it was cold when i took it. something like 3C
  6. what would you be installing it onto? i have a mongoose alarm on mine, base model, remote central locking, imobiliser etc was about $400~, mind you its worth it. was installed by complete options in clayton
  7. well i have not just the GTS25 sticker, but a V-Spec sticker aswell! (someone thought they were cool in japan ) both are in pretty bad shape, best solution i think is to get them off completely, but just a question of how and what to use? if anyone out there has done this (and im sure therel be someone) give us some advice on what to do and itl be much appreciated
  8. does NSW have a similar website to vics where you can check the availability of the plates? cos ours is http://www.vplates.com.au/ thatd be your first point of call after youv got some ideas atleast
  9. even better, stockies with 4 types of commodore hubcaps. theres thousands of the things! more ideas; OMGRB RBZOMG RBS33X
  10. COP-B8 my 2c no pun intended either. but srsly custom plates make you a fair target. i considered it myself then decided against it
  11. heh! i was looking at that car when i was buying mine, i love the wheels, what brand/model are they? can you find out plz how much you pay in the end?
  12. something that seems to be an issue, my aircon belt makes an intolerable scream when cold...i know this is common on older cars, but you know its kinda embarrassing when you start your car up in the main street and get that noise... other than taking it to a service center, is there anyway of rectifying it otherwise?
  13. id have to agree there...killing a great car. plus sourcing a kit would be an absolute bitch. not exactly run of the mill
  14. iv already got a Blitz cat-back exhaust, 2.5" (i think) came like that. and it sounds tuff. ABS sounds like way too much effort...GTS-T brakes along with the 5stud conversion seems to be the way to go. would i need spacers if i go with the 5stud, and go for something along the lines of 8/8.5" width tyres?
  15. G'day all at the SAU forums. seems this is my first post here, il introduce myself just bought a 1994 R33 GTS25. met grey, dead stock (minus Blitz Nur Spec R zorst), Turbo front bar. needs a few bits of work done to it, which il describe here - CAI: Have already had a poke around the forums at this, shouldnt be too hard, looking to build a custom airbox for it aswell - 5stud converstion (maybe?): How much benefit/what is requiered to perform this? im thinking if i get the GTS-T brakes then this will probly be neccesary, but correct me if im wrong - Rims (dependant on the above): dished 5spoke of snowflake? - GTS-T brakes: how hard would these be to track down, my brake atm are shocking. whether its just the fact they need new pads or they are too small, im still not sure. someone said that they were silvia-spec brakes, which makes me worried cos the 33 is a tad heavier... - ABS (possible to retrofit?): would help alot with the lock ups that are way to easy to do atm. would compliment the T brakes nicely - Full stereo system (to come much later): will discuss later theres also other little bits and pieces like clear indicators and floormats etc, but all those things are possible wihtout much consultation, the above items i need some help on deciding on. so yeah, thats my car, any help is appreciated
