i want to remove mine cuse its playing up. car feels totally different. so because i figure it doesnt really do much in everyday driving why have it connected if it just keeps playing up. according to the Hicas diagnostics my steering angle sensor is screwed and this is a cheaper way of fixing the problem.

seen a black r33 with a 400R kit on it in rainbow st near randwick. no plates on it but looked tough as. had another look on the way home from work. still looked nice

yeah i didnt think it could be as easy as just pulling the relay. im quite prepared to give it a go myself. ill get the bar and have a look and see how i go if it seems to hard ill get someone to do it. thanks for the advice guys

hey guys i have an r33 gts-t and want to disconnect the hicas. is it enough to just pull the relay out or would i need to get a locking bar as well. I'll prob end up buying one anyway but just for now im wondering the removal of the relay will do.

well its done. decided to go with the red and i must say it looks 100 times better than i expected. Looks heaps tougher now there is a bit of colour in with the black. kind of breaks it up a bit. i shall post pics tomorrow. thanks for leaning my mind towards red

This is true. you dont "need" an ABN but TNT will only pick up and deliver from a business, they wont let you send anything if your not a business. I work at TNT so this i do know

well it was a decision between brembo red, gold or canary yellow. i have i white r33 with black 5zigen rims so i needed something to stand out but not too over the top. so i dunno cause im still not 100% sure on the gold.

yeah thats true, i guess if you make it rare and hard to get then it makes it more popular. thing is im painting my brakes this weekend and figured top secret gold would be mad but i guess ill just do em in everyday gold

seems he just doesnt want the business so best off going somewhere else. as for spray shops depends on how far your willing to travel. i know a guy who lives in young and does some of the best work i have ever seen. sure its a long way from sydney but personally i think its worth the trip. ill see if i can get some photos of his work and ill post up some contact details.

Comments: ok so i have ther rear section of my exhaust. its a 5Zigen fireball. i dont really know much about it but when i got my new one fitted the guy from 5zigen looked at this one and said its still in pretty good condition apart from the the holes in the pipe section, but said it is a simple repair job. would prefer pickup only but would consider posting at buyers cost. any questions feel free to ask.

one of my mates had no BOV on his skyline and it stalled all the time. stuck a BOV on it and it runs nice and sweet.

does anyone know where i will find the Steering angle sensor for the hicas and has anyone had to replace it? i done a diagnostic on it and it came up with code 23 which is a problem with the Steering angle sensor which explains why when i come out of a corner it feels like the rear wheels havent quite gone back to being straight. now i know its only like 0.7% or 1% but you can really feel that there is something not right.

ok so anyway ive had my r33 for almost a year now ive had to call the nrma 3 times for assistance. first time i called them they couldnt figure out the problem and told me the best thing to do is drive it home to sydney (i was in canberra at the time) and get someone to look at it?? second time i snapped a belt in it and they didnt have one to fit, so i had to get it sorted out my own way because they said oh sorry we dont carry that tyoe of belt. so anyway yesterday i snapped a fan belt. i called the nrma and told them i broke a fan belt. the part numer was this and if they could let the driver know so he could make sure he bought the right part. the useless prick shows up and says oh yeah i dont have the right belt for it. we dont really have anything for these types of cars. so i said that i had told then the part number so he could bring it and his response was. yeah but i dont have one, it would mean i would have to go pick one up and i just dont have time for that. i'll call you a tow truck but it wont be here for 3 hours. anyway i just cant see any point in paying my annual fee anymore when i am meant to get this "roadside assistance" and not once have they been helpful. End rant.

i think im still in 2 minds about them but i have seen em on ebay for $20 before so i guess if i find cheap like that then its only $20 if i dont like em ill take em off. Thanks for the oppinion thought guy

hey guys does anyone know of anywhere that sells eyelids for an r33? ive looked on ebay and they have none. is there any shops in sydney that anyone knows sells these for sure?

i work for TNT and were not too bad. not sure about costs and stuff as thats not my area. but whatever you do get insurance. you would be surprised how much freight goes missing. its not just us but with most frieght companies. so who ever you go with just make sure your covered if they get lost.

There is an R33 parked around the corner from my house and on the rear right abouve the tail lights there is a sticker on it that says "Impul 25G" looks like it belongs there. any seen one of these before? or know what it is?

did you just want a stock turbo or are going to upgrade? and would you want it shipped down to the bay? i have a mate who has a brand new garret T04 he is trying to sell. he bought it for a VL but wrote it off befor he could put the turbo on. think he wants about 800 or 900 for it.
