I thought I would fix up the little parking lot dints and a stone chip on the left rear guard of my Mitsu GTO. Any good places in Sydney who are not rip offs? Preferrably northish / northern beaches- however willing to travel if someone is bound to give me exceptional quality and price.

Anyone got any, willing to sell (or even better- any for giveaway lol)? I am planning to fill the transfer case of my Mitsu GTO with lightweight instead of the heavy for the winter for easier cold shifts. Need only about 500-600 ml max. Please give me a yell. Thanks

Guys, Thought I would share my positive experience with performanceLub.com. They are basically an ebay and online business (Vic based) selling top of the shelf maintenance stuff including full Redline range, Royal Purple, German Castrol, NGK iridium plugs etc. I have personally found their prices and service better than any out there (Redline shockproof heavy 1 US quarter for $24.99 as an example). Harold who operates the business is a top bloke who knows his stuff too. I received my order in 2 days. Would recommend them to anyone. As said above, I cannot praise them enough. Its the Wheelworx on 500 South Rd, Kurralta Park, close to Anzac Hwy (Not to be confused with Adelaide Wheel Works who are further up the road towards Sir Donald Bradman drive). Their ph no. is 08 8371 5711. Joe there is a legend. He has never turned me down for any wheel related issue, from booking the day before Xmas only the day before, to something as minor as chasing a single wheel nut for me. After a long hunt I managed to track down a good late 98 GTO (the 99 shape) in Japan through J-spec. Its silver, 46ks on the clock, leather, grade 4. I have just transferred the money in Yen yesterday. It was a bit nerve racking though, to transfer the whole FOB amount without even knowing the bank account. Craig at J-spec assured and re-assured me however that it was their agent's account in Jap and not the seller directly. Craig has been very supportive with all the enquiries I have had. So hopefully it will be on its way soon, ETA including compliance in mid October-November. Cant wait! Yes I know its not a Skyline. I like skylines as well, and was contemplating on a R33 GTR previously. In the end I feel in love with the 99 shape GTOs. Any import/ compliance tips from you guys would be much appreciated! Cheers. Comes with 12 months Australia-wide warranty. -The car is by FAR the best I have seen of any series 2 Supras, condition is like new. Kilometers (84,800kms) are genuine as evidenced by the immaculate condion of the car. -97 series 2 supras are the last supras with non-VVTI engine. As these non-VVTIs are arguably much easier to modify than the VVTIs, this makes them ideal to start as base for a highly modified supra- you get the awesome looks of the series II, including the front updated clear headlamps with black background, updated tail lamps (looks much nicer than series 1 when lit), clear front indicators, rear bumper side lamps, new dash, the reliability of a newer supra and the most recent non-VVTI engine for the big modifications to come. The stock auto transmission has very good response,usually capable of handling 300+KW. A shift kit (MV Automatics among some others have kits for under $500 fitted) should see the box handle some serious power. -HKS coilover suspension, adjustable. -3 inch exhaust with 4 inch tip. -Front head lamps fitted with HID, much better vision than the stock supra headlamps. Matches with the series 2 newer look. -HKS intake with pod filter recently fitted. -Blitz turbo timer -Brand new tyres on stock 17inch wheels. - Serviced recently as per compliance, including fuel and oil filters. - Supra TT bigger brakes (stock). - HKS front strut brace. - Aftermarket sideskirts. - Supra mats (new), carpets look brand new (black). - Driver and passenger airbags (series II feature). -The car drives like a dream.
