  1. i dont know how this would look without the kit though. i think it'd look rather crap. stock GTR rims are an OK choice, atleast you know they are strong. better than putting some crappy taiwanese wheels on it that shatter when you go over a pot hole.
  2. does anyone know this bnr32? can i have more pics is it forsale?
  3. just about anywhere! tempe tyres, ozzy tyres, australias best, that place on the hume highway west strathfield where the purple r34 gtt "MOOOVE" sits out the front all day showing off its bling-ada-blings off.... how long is a piece of string? yes. it depends on what you want them fo? do you want a set of tyres that will last you a long time? do you want grip in the wet and dry? do you want grip on a circuit? do you want grip on the drag strip? do you want a combination of all of them? (sorry can't do it hahah) basically, prepare to compromise on one thing if you want another. i've been using toyo trampios r1r's for about 15,000 km's now and i am very happy with them. they have tremendous grip, because they are a hybrid rspec and street tyre, whilst they have relatively good tyre wear given the nature of the compound. you'd probably need to drop your profile down to about 45 for a 17" wheel as for your width id say this depends on your offset? but im unsure...
  4. don't you love how sau is split up into pointless sections so that it makes it just impossible to find anything let alone share any useful knowledge?????????? as kamikaze said, judd has done it and because its a general topic but because he lives in nsw, it went into the nsw section! simple...right? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=38608 are you listening moderators?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
  5. i think r34 gtr rims suit r34 gtr's. erik, there are sooo many aftermarket rims on offer which are lighter and just as strong and look just as good if not better.
  6. those rims look heavy. bling-ada-bling! :headspin:
  7. does anyone know this bnr32? can i have more pics
  8. i'm a fan of the trampios r1r's. i've been using them for about 6 months now with a couple of trackdays, wear is fantastic, grip (wet and dry) is fantastic. with ~200rwkw and 255's on the rear i can't spin them up - though its not like i ever do 4-5-6000rpm dumps!!! i'd like to try the azenis's next just to compare.
  9. yup, thats the one! john munro has quite a few toys hasnt he? evo7 too apparently? luck sob!

I am booking the Track for REX.NET and friends for a private track day for us only to give you a feel for what its like to be on a track and also see just how fun your car really can be. again REX.NET Track day is Thursday May 6th 2004 NOTE: I am booking the day out of my own pocket, so I will need for people to pay up before hand so I can finish paying for the track before the day. Layout Everyone will be split into 4 groups and will be on the track in 15 minute lots, giving everyone fair time on the track, plenty of time to give drivers and cars a rest, with assurance of 15 minutes every hour on the track. More experienced drivers will be on hand to give the first timers a ride as passengers and also ride as passengers for the first few laps to show you the lines of the track Please remember, I have organised this and paid out of my own pocket so need payment before the day to me to secure your spot. It will be a great and enjoyable rex.net event and opertunity for some more laughs . ---------------- i will definately be going to wave the Skylines Australia flag, i hope many of you can join me down there!!! franks.

  19. can anyone in australia comply er34's yet? and how much are you spending on a GTT? as for the bnr34 look front bar for the er34....australia is crap! can't do anything with any australian bodykit place as they are all copiers!!! anyways, from japan East Bear and West Yokohama both make "GTR look" front bars for the ER34. but for the er34 i like the Top Secret (biased ), Impul or a HKS Kansai GTR "looking" front bar and bonnet...i've got pictures of each in my hyperrev mag if you want me to scan them in...
