you are all neglecting a few important things from the usual petrol and oils ... insurance registration brake pads tyres my running cost works out to be about $1000 NETT a month. this comprises of a $33.5k car lease + budgeted $5k a year worth of running costs (all aforementioned ie. insurance, servicing etc) my car has ~200rwkw and averages 13L per 100km

can i suggest another thai place? its on anzac parade in kingsford/kensington (never could tell the difference) and i think the portions are slightly larger, slightly better tasting and slightly cheaper? it just doesnt have the same relaxing atmosphere and the bottle-o next door!

:2 thumbs up: for Orchid Thai @ Abbotsford (where the last dinner was at) :) - CHEAP, but VERY NICE thai food - great service - lots of parking on the road & quiet - dining is on the footpath, so cars are viewable - great atmosphere and there is the bottle-O next door not that car parking is a must, id rather a good atmosphere, cheap food and nice dining to a big viewable car park...

tune AND install? how long do you think it takes to wire up one of these puppies??? id budget atleast 2 hours for an install @ $70/hr thats $140 already before touching it?

i just wanted to clarify that the accident on the F3 was not a car related to SnS, it was a toyota echo or something.

wheel fell off! ouch! accident would've been anytime between 1:30 and 2:00pm..i got past it at around 2:20pm...

some 300km's later .............................. looked fantastic guys! well done to all of you involved for a successful event!!! it seems as though the day went very smoothly and the heavens didnt open up as it ominously looked to have early on!!! was well received by all which is a great thing!!! so from the words of antonio samaranch - this has been the best SnS ever!!! :

yup, that is she i was only at SNS for about 30 minutes because i had to leave at 1:30 to get to windsor...the accident on the F3 threw my timing out badly though...DAMN IT! thats your car next to me? and yeah, it looked like it was a great day, good to see the rain clouds stayed away!!! that gibson bnr32 was AWESOME.
