    yeah in pictures it looks good, you should see it in real life! its almost surreal - imho i still have the original front bar and east bear front lip, but the front lip is in about 3 pieces atm...repairable mind you...its sits that low its ridiculous. hence the change to the top secret copy. i dont rate the cwest front at all....

  9. greenline's prices are too hard to beat and greenline suffered a major setback of late with their aussie contact having a freak heart attack or something. dunno what the status of that was..
  10. bwahahahaha.....benm, too funny
  11. first car i bought was a wrx. i turned out ok. if he's immature and out of control, then id be hesitant to get a skyline.
  12. hahah! yeah im a cheap drunk too
  13. ...speaking of smashes.....i was absolutely shit face last night. i think i drank about 2 bottles of red wine. i was stumbling up george st from the rocks and i think i must have slept on about 3 park benches on my waddle up. i dont think the waterfront restuarant will be having me back - i really made a mess of the toilet : how does this relate to the accident on parra rd? it held up my brother who was coming to pick me up! god damn it!!! yeah, heard it was pretty bad. as for accidents on parra rd..well duh, its probably the most driven road in NSW of course there will be a higher chance of an accident happening on it than any other road.
  14. SO WHAT?
  15. related threads on this topic are rampant throughout this forum, do a search and see what other people are saying....this only indicates you're not the only one who thinks they have fuel problems/issues - so is it really an issue or is it just paranoya??? imho, in sydney, because of the traffic and petrol quality i would be extremely surprised for a stock rb25 to average better than 350-380km a tank. i've noticed people from victoria with extremely good fuel consumption figures, but they dont have the traffic of sydney, they probably have better fuel & it depends on the type of driving they do...highway vs city i have a powerfc tuned to about 12:1 AFR and i will consistently hit 400km with a mix of city/highway/full throttle. before the tune i would be lucky to get 380km per tank. unfortunately, you can't tune your ECU as its stock. you will have to get an aftermarket fuel controller (apexi safc) or replacement ecu to do this. how many km's has the car done? if its not time ie. 50,000 or 100,000km's you might try as everyone says, re-gapping your spark plugs, replacing your airfilter element, cleaning your AFM & replacing the fuel filter. ...but otherwise, live with it! its a 6 cylinder turbo. its a performance car. performance requires fuel. having said all this, you're still doing better, from a fuel consumption perspective, than a V8 or Rotary!
  16. run him. see how you go.
  17. hahah, best thing i've heard all day.
  18. dunno how true this is tosh, remember they had wrx's in the force for a while back? and id say the seats in them are even smaller than a BNR34 seat.
  19. **** the ride bennem! i want to drive the mutha ****er! =) you all think that police are some sort of different human race - well they aren't! they're just as human as you and i...some of them appreciate HP cars like all of us do, the difference being they want to uphold the law and keep the general public safe... its not us vs them guys....
  20. no entrapment laws in oz? how strange, we seem to be in the back pocket of america for everything else!!!
  21. =) would rather tennis!
  22. we seem to be stuck with this pretty way of winning??? can't we admire a boxer for their ability to evade punches just as much as their ability to deliver a knock out punch??? bruce lee was a person who had a totally different way of fighting to the norm, he defined his art and was successful at it. was he not playing by the rules? was it less pretty than the norm? julius erving played "above the rim" in basketball and changed the traditional way of the sport. was this not playing by the rules? was he less pretty than the norm?
  23. merli you slugger!!!! seems as though you rate boxers by their one-punch capabilities. i don't. there are many ways to skin a cat - look at Ali? he had a knockout punch, he was fast, and he also used the rope-a-dope technique (endured plenty, showed stamina) - he's an all round boxer. to say mundine is not the better boxer is in my opinion unfair. its just like, i can't play ping pong players who spin the ball alot. i'll have a better chance at someone who just plays with power. does it mean the bloke who spins the ball alot is not a good player? i dont think so...
  24. ...and maybe if you were any good at "boxing", you'd still be be doing it??? must've been a helluva lot of lucky wild jabbing going on considering he won on a *points* decision. and dont you get points from actually landing punches? mundine was the better fighter, 3 judges recognised that. your version of boxing must be totally different to everyone elses. i think you should go back to watching UFC video's. its obvious it wasnt entertaining for you because you didnt see more blood and guts.
  25. when does it become entrapment? surely theres something governing how much encouragement a policeman can use to bait their suspect?
