Was a fantastic night for sure, some good stories told, like the ones about Skafiey San playing up with his Japanese brother. Man I laughed. And the technological dominance the Gibson Motorsport team had over the Japs, imagine developing a method of tuning each cylinder individualy using pressure sensitive transducers inside each pot. On a side note, did that door prize ever get drawn?

Beware - R34 Gtr For Sale In Sydney
mralbino replied to R31Nismoid's topic in General Automotive Discussion
I was in Sydney on the weekend and hadn't yet read this thread, long story short had a look at couple of private seller cars which I passed on. While in town had some time to kill so got on trusty old google and found all of these Import dealers along Parramatta road... One even had "Sydney's Most Trusted and Respected Import Car Dealership!" plastered all over their website hahaha. Sat in the R34 S1 on Sunday and the salesman went on to explain how its not one of the 200 built and that the previous owner had bought the car stock then when to Nismo in japan to have the goods fitted, to be honest looks like a nice car however I doubt very highly the validity of the Km's and the asking price seems ridiculous vs the quality of the car. The Interior was not from a "very well looked after" 47xxxKm car, steering wheel is covered in scratches, seat bolsters weren't worn through but they did seam a little age softened, the front bar lip has a crack in the drivers side plus the usual scrapes, the window and boot seals appear sun damaged, and the paint work seemed to have had a pretty poor cut and polish. I am on expert by any stretch but after reading this and seeing what I have best to just keep squirrelling away money until the right one comes along, whilst collecting as much advice and knowledge possible along the way. -

Wow.. That is all. Just spend the past couple hours devouring this thread I wish there was more to read. I can not believe the attention to detail, I NEED to see this car when its finished. You've destroyed my perception of a "clean GTR", good luck with the rest of build.

Hello all, With much angst I am selling my 1989 R32 GTR. I am Asking $9000ONO pick up only from Brisbane Northside. I bought the car about 4 years ago and have really enjoyed the ups and downs of GTR ownership, however due to new commitments (Mortgage and work) I no longer have space, time, and money for the car. The car has just been sitting in front of my parents house with a car cover over it since I spun and put it into a tree one night when leaving in the wet, the car now needs to go. Even when I was driving it I had a daily drive and only literally drove it on the weekends and occasionally to work because I could not afford the insurance (yeah insurance I know). I believe the engine was rebuilt before I bought it the entire block is painted blue??? When the car was running it had 210kW at all four, but this was a while ago before the accident and since then the car has not been run for about 12 months (I have the dyno sheet still). Also it should be noted the car has some minor hail damage hopefully you can make it out in the photos. What it has: Jasma 3.5" exhaust APEXI Power FC (installed) with hand controller, also the original computer tuned by MINES HKS EVC6 boost controller Turbo Timer 100mm thick 600x400 intercooler Thicker than standard aluminium radiator What the car needs (from memory): Front bar Front bar reo RHS head light Contact me on: Ben PM me with any questions I will endeavour to answer as best I can. Does a straight through cat add much noise? With all that wicked cool power+flames , i dont know that i would care but would like to know none the less. -
Hello people, Can anyone help i am in need of extra work, the skyine has been off the road for a little too long for my liking. Being a First year apprentice doing a 70km round trip to work everyday doesn’t leave me with much to repair the liney. Basically will do just about anything. I have customer service skills, have no problem with heavy work, and also have my RSA and RSG if that helps. I pick things up very quickly and enjoy being challenged, along with having strong attention to detail i can appreciate what is expected of me. I am 21 and having a crisis, hope my hair does'nt start falling out. hahahahahah I am ready to start now, on the northside of Brisbane. Thanks guys, any help is appreciated. Ben
