  6. i guess you could try a fibreglass repair kit you can get them at most hardware stores, but might look a little pox till its painted
  7. deffinately pm nengun on this forum usually replies straight away if not next day, i have just orded a hks i/c kit havnt recieved it yet as i only orded it 15 mins ago, but seems like a very nice guy and will most certainly be doing business with him again
  8. yes the s15 deffinately fit as i also have them on my skyline gts-t. its a shame they are only 16" otherwise i wouldnt be changing them
  9. ALT-S = alternator sensing switch
  10. check your fuses first dude it will save you money. As the ALT-S fuse often blows. The ALT-S fuse controls the alternator telling it when to charge the battery and at what volt, when this fuse blows or incorrectly placed the alternator continuously charges the battery flat out, compare the fuse layout to the cover
  11. hey i had this problem couple of months ago. Check your fuses in the boot, i had been playing around with those fuses and put one back in the wrong place causing my battery to overcharge like you have described.

  15. there was oil leaking from the broken stud before hand thats why i decided to replace the stud, but no were as much as it is now. The rocket cover isnt leaking the oil is deffinately coming through the the manifold hole where the bolt is. I must of drilled into the head or some thing god damn hope its an easy fix for ats

  17. the bolt that i have used has a washer but does not completely cover the hole on the manifold like the others do. But i am still unsure why there is oil coming out as i think there shouldnt be oil there in the first place. Maybe i have damaged the exhaust gasket but no oil is seaping around the gasket only from the bolt hole. thanx for your help
  18. the bolt is definately the right size and in nice and tight. Im unsure whether it had a copper washer as the stud was broken since i had the car. Should there be oil in this area of the engine in the first place?
  19. i have oil leaking from the bolt closest to the fire wall on the exhaust manifold. I recently used an easy-out to remove the previous broken bolt and since replacing it with a new one oil has been pissing out. any one got a clue on what ive done and how to fix it?? any ideas appreciated!
