buy a meguiars waterless carwash kit. i haven't washed my car using water for almost a year... if the car is only dusty or lightly dirty it works absolutely brilliantly. all you need then is some cheap glass cleaner for the windows and you're set. the cheap export shit from supercheap works well and it also seems to work great on your mags too -
