9.5 +12 with 245s fit about perfect on my RS4S. No scrubbing and and no guard work, I can put a wheel on my driveway at full lock with no worries. If i am picky the front is a little wide but the rear is spot on. My car is daily low, so two fingers to tyre on 19s. +25 will be tight on the strut at the rear depending on the diameter of your strut.

I had a similar reminder system for my Cressida, but it was on the Rad support in permanent marker, White spirits would get most of it off when stuff needed an update.

I have had nothing unusual that hasnt already been pointed out, mostly Nursery furniture, rims and tyres, truck trolley jack, bogan dogs etc. My 2 border collie crosses prefered my ute, must be a convertible thing. When the dogs were in the tray i also couldn't hear the old senile one losing his mind with excitement at the possibility of 'beach' and then relosing it with the realisation of 'vets'. One thing a 2metre door is about 300mm too long to shut the tail gate and fit in the front seat. The door guy bet me that i couldnt shut the tailgate, i got it in and shut but only a dwarf could fit in the front seats. You dont realise how f...ing loud an exhaust is until you drive somewhere with the tailgate ajar.

Topic title sums it up. Will a 3" dump from an R34 fit my series 2 stagea. I assumed R33 stuff fits series one and so on. Turbo position changed for neos?

Just a thought I had when I saw this. How about hacking the bottom visible 3mm off of the rails (off the car), using that as a base to smooth something over. I imagine it wont be flush and will probably look like 6 cover plates bolted in but using Nissan seals to fill a Nissan hole should stop leakage issue. Should even be able leave the strips in place. Be a quick solution whilst working on a bigger, better all encompassing one. I dont want to be the first to cut my rails up though.....

Yeah mismatched bumpers and skirts are a little lame but if I spend money on the rear bar I should really get a Nistune and respray the whole car and a IC and a dump and a tighter rear diff and so on .... Slippery slope into poor town. Rims are CE28N reps by Varrstoen.

Developed an interesting light knock in my front end. I noticed it after using the roof rails as a grab rail walking around in the garage, as you do. So if I shake the car side to side I have a knock. I havent noticed anything new driving but stupid semi-rural country roads and overly stiff coilovers make my car piss anyway. No vibrations or any skatey braking. It seems to be wheel well based, I have had my hand on both strut tops and not noticed movement. I have tried to wriggle tie rods, caster rods and LCAs but nothing noticeable. It had to get new caster rod bushes to get rego so i dont think its them. Do the upper control arm bushes on these things go soggy? I cant get under it and shake the car as my poor wife cant keep the momentum up.... By the way its a C34.

Forgot to put a photo here after rims & tint. Sorry for the glarey shot, I have made this car a bitch to photograph in the sun or in the shade with so much white and black. Also after the talk of tint, with a kid on the way, I got sold to on putting a UV film on the back privacy glass on my car. The tint guy was pretty adamant that most Nissan privacy glass wasnt UV protected, without a black light or something I cant be bothered proving him wrong. Also he had a Navara with privacy glass on the back and he had layered up as well......

Hey, Tried getting a precautionary wheel alignment (new tyres) today in Port Kennedy. The guy warned me on the phone that their equipment cant work on cars with low front bumpers. Sure enough he turned me away in the car park. He said the laser measurers end up pointing into the bumper instead of under. He mentioned that the drift cars he aligns all unclip their front bars. Which is fine for a track only cable tied front bar.... Anyone else had that issue? If yes where have you found that are fine with lowish cars. I live south of river.

Glad i asked about the silcon intake, thanks, I couldnt see why the metal rings were there either. I will probably do the 'put a short piece of ally pipe down the centre section of the stock pipe' instead thats in the DIY thing. As for the airbox holes, I was kinda hoping for a little more induction noise without going backwards regarding hot air or water inlets. Ill probs just leave it.... Forget I said anything.

Does anyone know if there is a Nissan interchangeable lid for S2 C34s? I was looking at the snorkel part that feeds over the rad support and it would be nice if it were bigger I guess. Also as a seperate idea I was thinking of holesawing the lid of the airbox behind the healdight (only the lid obviously so I dont bypass the filter). Anyone done this with any results. My overall goal is to have my engine bay always look stock (for the popo) but would like to remove intake restrictions.
