  1. So after much searching I took the plunge and put the money on a White Series 2 RS FOUR S. And it arrived on friday. And recieved its first wash and polish today. So far its got. Adjustable Coilovers (Need to be adjusted higher. At the moment the lowest part of the exhaust is aprox. 105mm. So a bit too close to illegal for comfort) 3" exhaust with cannon (Which will be swapped for a twin tip one eventualy) HKS Pod Filter Gready Water Temp. Gauge Gready Boost Gauge Blitz Turbo Timer and an Earthing Kit
  2. Back preassure is important no mater if the car is N/A or Turbo Charged. Think of it as a garden hose (without a nozel). The water just flows out slowly, but if u put ur thumb over the end a bit the water comes out quicker. Of course at the same time if u cover it with ur thumb too much then the water slows down. Its realy about finding somewhere in between. Rule of thumb with a Turbo Charged car is wroughly 3" or 3 1/2". Also another thing, with Turbo Charged cars is if u go too big u can experiance whats called compressor surge. Think of it as a Turbo back firing, and results can include a new Turbo. Anyways Houdini in my opinion stick with the aftermarket exhaust and replace the rear muffler with a stainless twin tip.
  3. U won't be looking at much change from $10,000. Original kit comes from Masa Motorsports. http://www.masamotorsports.com/ There are a couple of people who have done copies. Kit will cost wroughly $5-6,000 depending on conversion rate. Then you've got fitment. (Depending if you fit it your self or get someone to) Then paint. Do a proper search. As CL11QE said it has been covered thoughsands of times.

  14. Hey Guys n Girls. I'm after a steering wheel for an 2000 model S2 RS Four S. Original or aftermarket, I'm not fussed, but it needs to have an airbag in it. Legal Reasons. Thanks in advance. Mattye
  15. Hey mosquitocoils. Go to bunnings or supercheap, they should have some cheap tap sets. Repco is good for hard to find stuff but they can be expensive for the basics. Anyway try get 2 taps (if u don't get a kit), one the same size as the bolt and then one a size or 2 bigger. Make sure its the same thread type(some threads are obviously courser or finer than others). Next carefully run the tap thats the size of the bolt through. You might want to use a little bit of oil on it to make it run through smoother (you can buy proper stuff for it but a bit of engine oil or the likes will work fine). When turning the tap through try go slowly, 1 trurn in, half turn out, then 1 turn in and half turn out untill your all the way through. Doing this just cleans the hole out as u go so you don't jam. Ok if that works then ur happy. If not then you will have to decide if ur gona drill out the hole (only use a drill big enough to get rid of the thread), or if ur gona just run a bigger tap through. I'd go for option 1 cause it will end up cleaner. So drill out the hole, just getting rid of the thread (doen't mater if u get rid of a bit more but don't get rid of much, go in stages if need be ie. slowly increase the drill size till you'r happy). Then using a tap cut ur thread as above. You might wana make sure you can get a bolt for the size you'r tapping first so that don't have a newly taped hole but no bolt that will fit. Taps go up in drill sizes ie. the drill size you use to drill the hole is the tap size u will be using. Hope this helps. A bit lengthy I know but should be all you need to know. Have fun.
  16. Thanks HOJAK and PWND. I don't mind going to the southside if its gona be worth it. I just thought there might b some good ones on the northside but from the reaction, theres no one on the northside anyone wants to recomend.
  17. Just bumping this one back up cause its definatly well worth it. I'm still in love.
  18. Hey buddy good to hear all went well and u like the car
  19. Just bumping this up..someone must have some good recomendations.
  20. Hey All. As the title says, I'm after a panel beater in Brisbane (Northside preferably). I'd prefer to use someone that people have used before, and were happy with(for piece of mind). I'm looking at getting the rust under side mirrors removed and also the front bumper re-sprayed. Its on a Yellow S2 Stagea RS Four S. Anywho all info will be greatly appreciated. Cheers Matt
  21. Yeh thats true but i know i'd be kicking my self if i didn't get a manual. Depending when i get the new car though i might pop down n have a look. i'm always interested in meeting fellow gear heads...lol Plus if you've still got the car i might be able to steal some ideas
  22. I wish it was manual....i would have been first in line as i'm looking at buying one at the moment. o well all the best with selling it mate
  23. Hey everyone interested in the english translation check this out. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ENGLISH-Nismo-Stage...A1%7C240%3A1318
  24. Sounds reasonable buddy...loss of fuel would deffinatly do this, and seams its not an expensive thing to replace a fuel filter try it first. If it doesn't work at least you've got a clean fuel filter in. But on the other hand does the M35 run a accelerator cable or is it electronicaly controlled? My mates BA ute(ford) is having similar probs at the moment. The mechanic thought it was the throtle possision sensor/swithch. Just another idea.
  25. Also I sent a PM through to you.
