Hey All. Does anyone know how the ATESSA 4WD System actually works on Stageas? Me and one of the LAME's were talking bout it at work and the best we could come up with was that maybe it had a viscus center diff with variable vains, thus allowing it to bring the power to the front when it wants too. Are we close or way off?

The back is unbeliveable too. I've never realy liked the back of the M35 but that is one fking sexxy ass.

I agree, would be interesting to see the back. By the looks there would not be much change just the different rear bumper. But it would be good to see what difference the flaired guards make to the look of the back.I've never been a big fan of the M35 but this would definatly make me buy one (if I had the money to do this ).

Personaly I think this is the most beautiful conversion ever. I think I'm in love . Wouldn't want to know how much it cost though. It would probs make the R34 conversion look like childs play. Anywya I think I need a bit of a personal moment.

Nissan GT-R Wagon Makes Debut at Nagoya Auto Trend 2009 The Japanese have a bit of a history of building hot wagons. Whether it’s the R33 GT-R wagon hand built by Option and Trial or the official “unofficial GT-R wagon” the Autech Stagea RS260 famous for it’s GT-R drivetrain and the subsequent R34 GT-R Masa Motorsports front end fascia swaps adapted to it later on. Of course times change and we move on. The RB26DETT is out of production and so the Autech Stagea has become somewhat less of a buff over the stock M35 Stagea car so what can you do to fix that? As shown here the answer was staring you in the face the whole time, this R35 front end swap on a M35 Stagea was on show at Nagoya Auto Trend this weekend. The swap seems to continue to the sides and the rear quarters are also slightly flared to keep with the theme. Overall looks to be a real solid job. Powering these is usually the VQ35DE NA V6 3.5 litre engine in either RWD or AWD configuration so this one could easily be hiding a stroked VQ with a twin-turbo kit. kk. I haven't heard of that geting done before. Did you just source the skin from Nissan?

Just a quick one. If a car is compied and registered in NSW, will it automaticly be fine for rego in QLD? Will I be able to simply change redgo/plates over (its got a NSW roadworthy cert and NSW rego) at Mainroads? I was told that it may not be that simple as the compliance requirements may not be the same in both NSW and QLD ie. more restrictions/reqirements in QLD than NSW. Thanks in advance Mattye

May not be the case for you but I have heard of the guys that change tires leaving old tire valves inside the tire(accidently of course). So might be worth taking the wheel off and giving it a shake. May not be the case for you, but at least its gona eliminate one other possibility.

Has anyone ever run one in a manual? I know it wouldn't work entirly properly, but for highway driving it would help alot

Why did you have to replace the door skin? I assume you mean the inside trim. Whats one worth?

Thanks heaps guys. Yeh there is only rust here and theres a bit under the seal for the hatch. Their all not realy too bad. Otherwise its good. Its a pearlesant white one, will they be fine colour matching? In essence its so small a spot that you probs wouldn't notice if it wasn't a perfect match. Where would I get the new foam from? Would the pannel shop organise that? (if i ask them to)

So I looked at another Stagea today RS Four S and its got the rust under the side mirrors. I don't mind buying it and fixing it but i need to know as soon as possible: A) How much will it cost too fix? B) How much work is involved? C) Will it be a straight forward job? D) Have any of the Brizzy Boys got this done? If so who did they get to do it? And were they happy?

Is this kit just something you have to ask for specialy??? I couldn't find anything regarding it on the site.

Have we come to a final conclusion of what the whole thing will cost landed. And who to use to get it to Oz. Also is the Masa Kit for the S1 or S2 Stagea?

RBPOWA have u got a scanner. can u scan the manual and put it all up for us. Will take a while but will help alot.

I totaly 100% agree. have already got a quot from justcar and im thinking of going with them. As for the barakes i already decided 34 calipers will b going on as soon as i can afford some. Just wanted to suss some things out first though just in case.

Yeh that was what i thought. I've got something i can show dad now though So whats the deal with picking a mechanic to work on it. Brissy guys, who do u use? I wouldn't want just anyone working on it..talking more servicing/tunning.

Probs should have been more specific...what bout the body parts??? Of course not planning on damaging it but if something happens...there are soooo many stupid drivers on the road.
