dont really wanna go thru all the pages. Might have been coverered already. Ive started on Kre alkalyn creatine. Seems to be working well. 3 weeks in and I have noticed slight improvement. I know im supposed to take 2 in the morn and 2 after a work out. 4 a day. However if im on the piss on the wkend and dont work out should I still atleast take 2 in the morn ?

Honestly man. I spent alot more on that ET turbo than I have on my 34. Shit goes wrong with them. cursed. Old turbo cars = big trouble. I went through 2 gearboxes, which aren't cheap. 2 turbos, which also weren't cheap at the time. went through regency about 3 times with it. Shit falls apart on them. Cursed I tell you. couple pics
