was it unregistered ? some dumb bloke at regency told me I couldnt do anything cuz it was double defected. wish I knew earlier, woulda been easier. O well I might as well wait till monday now.

yep ive done that b4. a few times. Im mainly asking because Ive never been double defected. is it any diff ? Ive been told its alittle more strict.

ok then. say your double defected (didnt pass first time regency) can you still go to the cop shop and have your stuff ticked off (strut braces. suspension etc)? then get your car rego'd till your inspection ?

Ill share something quickly. last time I had to go to the cop shop I was checked of. however the officer brang out a few more cops to show them what I had modded, showed them where to look etc. has anyone thought they are just looking for present vehicles to do alittle research on. get some tips, gain some knowledge.

lol this is going on abit . I know there are some great cops out there. but one single question comes to mind. 'why pop the bonnets' ? if they arent defecting people ?

welldone ruby and kellie. good to get some insight. but whos to say when you go around the corner you dont get a cop from a diff station ? this is only one cop out of many. He could be getting info on the latest mods, taking notes. so he can tell others. some are nice.

exactly. Im always nice to the police, always. SOME police are nice back. Its great some people are talking and building a relationship with the police. but how many ? just because you are friends with a couple doesnt mean you wont get defected. Its a matter of time. Never been rude. never driven like a hoon around police. no record. no silly mods. Im going to regency for the 4th time this monday coming. to the people saying be nice, etc etc etc etc. your time will come.

$48 day pass. any rego place. tip: get the paper work first and fill it out. dont go line up for 23423 hours talk then line up again . need to be really precise with where you are taking the car also. workshop etc. regency etc. what roads.

I have a 'tastefull' 34. defected till I visit regency on the 1st.

yeah they also wanted me to go to nissan to prove I have the standard AFM in. Because they didnt know if it were a Z32 or not. anyway. did the wheel align. today. printed out the sheet showing the specs. alot of numbers which mean nothing to me. hopefully that satisfies the regency boys. btw. they are busy down there atm. couldnt get in till dec.

Right. Finally finally got all my shit together and had everything done to the car in order to pass regency. however the lovely boys down there want me to provide the manufacturers specs for wheel align. along with my final report. surely its their job to know the manufac. specs ? why should I bring them along ? As long as my car is fine. does anyone know the specs? or a link I can print to show these ppl. cheers.
