  10. I think i might need to redo the surge tank, the way as it is look very doggy. even the surge tank it self is not secure in the boot (only hold by 2x 1.5-2cm long screw) I can basically using my hand to shake the tank. the fuel line is cover by some elec wire black cover. (I think is to protect the fuel line been cut by that doggy cutting whole from the inspection cover
  11. NRB, do you hv the phone no and address of racepace ben? can you pm to me, thanks
  12. Well, basically if you look at my pic again, from the whole where 4 fuel line go through, there is the fuel tank, if i close to it and smell it, for sure can smell fuel. As scotsman said: buy some "resistant fuel putty stuff (comes in a tube) and use that." how can I fill up a bit whole by that stuff? it will all go into the fuel tank man!!! Basically, my fuel garge is not working too after they put the surge tank and intank fuel pump.
  13. Man, don't understand why i hv to do the works myself while I hv paid for a professional workshop!!!
  14. Really, by the look of my pic, do you guys think is done up proper and professional? Is it suppose to see fuel in the boot? if cut the a big hole around the inspection cover, what is the use of the rubber seal around it?
  15. Yes, the boot can small strongly of fuel, I can see a bit fuel inside the inspection hole, where it should be seal up. the rubber seal of that imspection hole cover is also broken (you can acturlly see it in between the 2 blue elec cable in my pic). So if you can see the fuel, can you smell it? For the color of my boot, I don't know man. It comes like that.
  16. Take a look at my surge tank, maybe that's the smell come from. But that's is done by the professional workshop And now I having a problem to get my spare tyre as well.
  17. well, I can see my fuel tank (white in color) from my boot under the carpet. the whole is about 8-10cm dia. the edge of the whole is quite sharp. Can you see your fuel tank from your boot which when you take out the carpet?
  18. ok, but i will post some pic tomorrow for the installation of my surge tank, see is install correctly or not??
  19. Just want to ask, is anyone have a fuel surge tank in the boot? will the whole car interior can smell the fuel? When I drive my GTR, I feel very high, 1/2 reason maybe i smell too much fuel
  20. I totally agree man :aroused: need to push your baby go harder dude My stock 350z can drive 400-500km out of the tank, which I change gear below 3000rpm. For Skyline, if you change gears at 5k or even 8k, no way ur tank of fuel can least that much lolloLLOL
  21. SilviaBoy:, maybe u need to upgrade ur username to GTRboy mate:P
  22. last time I got a major defect notice for my tyres only, (they say is racing simi slick) and the cops put the defect right on my front windscreen and told me i hv to toll the car away... follow up with a $130 fine too But luckly i got a set of stock rims and tyres setting at home......... so i toll the car home and get it change over........but took me a week to clear the defect....
  23. Maybe You didn't push as hard as me that day lol :aroused:
