I used Mobil 1 0W-40 5,000km PRIOR to the 100k major service. Found it a bit too thin and will need to be changed around 3,000km after (it gets that dirty quickly) I switched to Mobil 1 5W-30 at the 100 thou service and could notice a considerable difference in the response from the word go. it's almost time for the 105,000km service for me So I'm sticking with 5W-30. It's not THAT expensive either.

a month or so ago I got done doing in excess of 140 in a 100 zone. me and 6 others actually, all at the same time. and same case as yours. estimated according to the cops speedo and no radar gun. I called a few of my cop friends to see if what they did was legal. Apparantly they are allowed to. the patrol car speedo does get calibrated every so often (how often..who knows). Both my cop friends said there it's very possible of winning the court battle in these cases, but never guaranteed.. unless of course there was only one police officer in the car and present there..then its 99%. It was my first infringement with nearly 2 years of driving so we all paid the fine ($700 and 5 demerits). 2 of my friends lost their license from it. One was a p plater so I could ask him the next time i see him about what's going on with his. The reason I paid mine as I said it was my first fine ever and court+lawyer fees would equate to around $700. If you want to take it to court you have to write a letter requesting the matter be disputed in court. (this is for the fine). If not you will have 28 days to pay the fine and thats also the timeframe to send that letter in. I'd dispute it in court if I was losing my license over it. Sean do you mean if you lose more than 4 points.. or have 4 points remaining? LOSING 4 in total is very harsh.. and isn't good for me..

I put it in pounds now and it came back 3190lb at 240hpatw running a 13.7sec. I ran a 14.4 with TCS on so it's pretty accurate actually

That site is very inaccurate. I'm assuming weight is in kilos. I put 1450 kg and 200hp at the wheels or flywheel and it says it can run 11s lol.

I am trying mate, no one is able to source them for me though. Imports 101 are the only people so far, so it's looking like the way to go. Jeff just emailed me 5mins ago, he said he can't source them either.

Yeah Nengun have it priced good. Thing is I need them within 2 months. I'll be on holiday late oct-november. Danny/Imports 101 has given me a decent price although I lose about $500-600 for being impatient. I might contact Nengun to see if they can keep their 'usually'14 day delivery though, which i doubt.

From what I've heard the MYC event is just to celebrate the launch of the new website look for the business and isn't affiliated with Auto Salon. Auto Salon after party isn't usually promoted until on the day, by hot girls handing out flyers to the event. It's usually held at Metro City. I'll def be at Auto Salon party if it's on, not usually a fan of Metro City but it usually goes off for A.S. Might make it to both though, see what happens.

Bubba I have 'hi flow' x-force cat. what's wrong with them? Guess all I can compare it to is stock cat and x-force so it's a bit hard. The discussion about m-spec fmic's not fitting properly in the dirty4 has been brought up before and is debateable. It depends on the install. Here is what me and a friend did (supplied by autoworx ). Note we did not cut any of the fan off and it cleared fine, just removed the 34 engine cover. The top of the cooler piping does hit and leave a black mark above where it sits under the bonnet. (due to heat?) But again I'm sure it can be made to fit, again it's all in the install...

Hey guys, I'm after these specific brand of wheels. Only place that stock WedSport I could find is JJR but I don't particularly want to bother them since they'd be going through a pretty hectic time right about now. And even they don't have the model I'm after. I've tried about 4 wheel shops in perth/rocko/mandurah. no one stocks them. Tried Tech9, Westcoast Wheels, West State, and some others. Does anyone know who can source these?
