  1. i'll keep my stock bovs on my 26 then instead of moving my HKS SSQ over from old setup..
  2. to fit RB26 into my cefiro needed a custom sump made up. Not that expensive and can get it made nicely baffled etc Aftermarket ECU would be a good thing too
  3. hehe 2nd time was intentional.. told them to wind in lotsa boost rofl. Not like a replacement RB20 costs anything
  4. haha i killed 2 RB20's both times pistons(well 1st time injectors failed), mate killed his rb20 on w/end, was a piston.. guy i bought my turbo of killed engines, pistons..
  5. correct yeh was in a bit of a rush when wrote it. The engine in question is an RB26DETT from an r33 gt-r.

Well my newly aquired engine it turns out has some a/m cams in it, I am curious if anyone would know from the markings on it what manufacturer/spec the cams are? the 2 markings are a2691x a2691n It could be ix and in but don't know exactly. If these markings ring a bell with anyone would be greatly appreciated for information, I tried to google them but to no avail
  7. Also, you people basing these harsh views on very little information. I have lost my license previousely twice for Dangerous driving, yet in both instances I was no danger to anyone but myself, and even then it was minimal if at all. Also if I had gone to court with a lawyer I know both times i could probably have gotten off the offence. Naturally hindsight is a wonderful thing.

  11. Anyone done this swap on their car with a before and after dyno run and graphs? What is the main differance on these turbo's? steel wheels? compressor/exhaust housing sizes? Any information on these turbo's would be great thanks.
  12. simple, let idiots buy it and have their fun. Like this guy last night who was trying to tell me and my mate he's got an RB26 R32 gts-t running 26psi and running flat 13's. End of day I'd rather use my profec b s2 EBC than anything like this.

  14. Well the 1st gt-r into the 10's in WA is ND4SPD Congrats to Anthony on all the hard work with a 10.98 @ 131mph. Plenty more in the car for quicker times
  15. My cars rough as hell and i'm still entering her. Then again I spose its more because I want to put it on the dyno and have some fun. Don't be ashamed to enter your car, if its looked after and well presented then you won't have any problems

  18. yep stock plenum worked a treat, probably could of gotten more power/responce by using 2.5" piping as i was using 3" piping at the time
  19. yep, its got the right number of cylinders(well more right than 4 )
  20. imho a cefiro looks heaps better than a Silvia. and they are same price as cheap turbo s13's of the same vintage. Overall a Cefiro is a superior product but i'm biased.

  23. sounds good differant approach to me, i've gone more for the tractable daily driver effort, no kit, light 17's, lowered but not to far, and a slight heart transplant in progress since old setup decided to give up ghost. I'll definately be crawling(not litterally) over yours at salon see what ideas i can nab

  25. ooo another dark blue A31, we can battle it out Mines not "that" rough at all its just not exactly a perfect paint job, but interior wise its happy and so on. Hopefully I can manage some good #'s on the dyno which is main focus. Yours going for the dumped drifter look?
