yeh.. works fine on mates SR by 4000 at 1.4bar.. i was thinking run 1.2bar for now then when rebuild engine run more overall if it comes on by 4,500 rpm im not fussed as it revs to 8000rpm nicely as it is and so far seems the stocko doesnt really come on till 3,500-4000

ok by spool i meant Max boost. by exhaust, dump pipe, front pipe, 3.5" exhaust eitherway i was basing these questions ona stock engine wise setup, eg cams etc.

Mate runs a GT30R with 45mm external gate on his SR20DET.. goes hard etc.. he's going to be selling the turbo+gate soon so tempted to buy it and am wondering roughtly where abouts it will spool up on an RB20.. being oversquare as oposed to SR's square setup will effect this i'm guessing. Would it spool by 4/4.5? or would i need cams to get it to even start by then?(btw yes turbo is a ball bearing unit)

hmm.. GT30 need external gate right? so add price of that in. or is that just the GT30R

hehe yeh, i've got front left coilie which is dead(knock knock knock), budget street tyres and 4x4 ride height rofl.. plus 1st time i've driven with a locked diff. once i put inn 2 new front coilies(this week some time) dump it on its ass again, and put the volks on the front with r comps.. and rpactise x 100 should go well

I hear lots of boohoo stories from various differant people but not same person every 2nd week crying about it. I copped several yellows on my ute, but they were always due to me being somewhere where i should(street drags) or doing something stupid(speeding/burnout).. So end of day it was my own fault.

was actually just individual competition, was great fun. I was to busy trying to get the cefiro sideways as was James Eames in his Cefiro. Varied turnout in cars from S15 to 300zx to a vspec gt-r, few wrx's and a corvette too. Started very wet, then it dried out towards the end
