  1. SEXZILLA.. none of those videos you mentioned are done by professionals bar The 350Z in prague. the Rendevious is actually filmed from a Porsche or Ferrari(forgotten which) not a GT40.. the stockholm series is done using few regulars from the illegal street meets, some who happen to compete in other events like rallys etc.
  2. Custom made items, equivilant to hiflo 2540's.
  3. JAG, you'd be very suprised at the responce of these turbo's.. we over layed my dyno chart to that of an R34 gt-r on 1 bar with usuall fmic/zorst combo and even before i make 1bar boost its producing more power than the r34 is at its 1 bar peak. Your setup seems to be a fantastic street setup and will be lethal at the circuit/drags due to responce/lack of lag
  4. why dont people who recorded footage from perthextreme mearly state to today tonite they are not permitted to use the footage. as the original recorders and hosters they hold the copywrite and therefore should have legal rights to deny usage of footage in such a manner.
  5. tuning it to run richer on top end is a bit of insurance for me.. naturally we dont intend it to be as rich as it is now so more tuning to come. Overall I am impressed with meshmesh's results and more people with big power the better
  6. woops soz meant injectors
  7. Actuall I dare say my tuner has a damn good idea as to what he's doing. Its running rich because we tuned it to run rich, once plugs got cleaned/serviced they started flowing even more so its running richer again therefore need to retune. As for boost I dont need to run more than 1 bar with even a very safe/rich tune to attain power figures there fore if we lean it out I can safely lower the boost to still achieve satisfactory figures that was my points. Meshmesh turbos seem good reason i was just saying save for a new engine is due to a rough limit of 450rwhp for a RB26DETT stock internals imho.. its a safe benchmark to try to keep to. Thats just me though *shrugs*
  8. hope you got $'s for a spare engine then cause you'll need it. We limited mine to 1bar boost and its running stupidly rich(fouls up plugs) so going to have to drop it down to maybe 12psi and cleantune up. Over 450rwhp and imho you are risking the engine. My turbo's are equivilant to around hi flo 2540's... Efficiency is the key
  9. I'm curious, what did you make at 1 bar? what are these turbos equivilant too? are you running stock internals? for cost of the PFC and Nismo AFM's I mite recommend the Wolf3d V4 which will also give you boost control and allow you to run a MAP table. Overall a very nice result can you do a run in shootout mode so I can compare my figures to yours? my chart can be found here http://summoner.perthstreetcars.net/Cefiro...o/mark_dyno.JPG and this was done in shootout at 1 bar.
  10. OMG i'm competing too... battle of the Cefiros! its a morning session, make cruise in arvo like 1ish
  11. Block and crank are tempting me.
  12. My TE37's are off a gt-r as well, they measure up 17x8 and 17x9 front/rear. I'd imagine yours are same
  13. back on Market, selling for $2000 Turbos are BB and steel wheel'd R33 models we believe(some speculate R34.. either way they work). i will cover postage to wherever in Aus
  14. Denver, the DD unit estimated 520hp @ engine or so. but eitherway i'm flowing enough air without even pushing it for 442.1rwhp... my smaller cooler is the same style just in smaller size(also hybrid bar and plate) and I know of people pushing over 2bar through them without hassle.
  15. Congrats on the 12 bugger on the clutch I'm trying to source myself a nice 2 way mechanical LSD with 4.3:1 ratio.. mite of found 1 from guy who sold me my ceffy, goto check with him 1st
  16. no T88 will save you now HAHAHAH
  17. True true Roy, I just happen to run R comps on my daily setup, for breaking etc(esp in emegencys) nothing comes close.. and saves me effort changing rims at drags
  18. 12.449 @ 119.01mph last night then diff went bang hehehe
  19. Roy, your mentality is shocking. I'd rather my $300+ RE55's over a cheap nankang anyday. But thats just me.
  20. 12.449 @ 119.01mph reaction time: 0.492 60' : 2.236 330' : 5.596 660' : timing gave me 0. 1000' : 10.544
  21. You may well think its a waste but I personally like fact I can drive down to the Motorplex, get scrutineered run a reasonable time then drive home(provided my car doesnt break..). I do have the odd street race. I'd only be lieing to myself if I said I didn't, and if its a daily driven car i'd rather be able to claim its times as is rather than "Drag spec" setup. I also happen to know alot of the v8 brigade who pride themselves on doing it in a car setup same as their street 1. Sure they conveniently happen to drive with full cages 10" wide rims etc but they drive there and run as is. Especially amongst the current gen3 and late model brigade. They may run with slicks but alot(well here in WA.. Home of power over posing), will attempt to do it with street tyres(be it BFG's or cheapie retreads). Just how we are I guess.
  22. FUnny you should mention that Paul.. Blew the diff haha.. But I did manage to lay down a 12.449 @ 119.01mph skating all over the track. More left in her, I want that elusive 11 second pass
  23. arhg i c, Time to chuck in my forgies then and beat him
  24. thats more like it Must find info on this car
  25. Yeh, more interested in the RB26 1's or any other 1 with big power. I want the most powerful Cefiro in Aus.. already top of WA
