  1. There was an original thread, but I can't get to it anymore... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...93&goto=newpost
  2. Hey guys, I couldn't make it to Doncaster to checkout the $500 FMIC's, and as far as Shuan tells me, no-one had a SII front bar to test fit... Can someone who went let me know if it looks like they'll fit. Cheers, Kyran.
  3. Do these come with instructions or something? Where are they being sent from (so I can get an idea on postage).
  4. I've got a Pioneer CDX P1200 12-Disc CD stacker. Good working order, usual scratches and what not, no need for this as I have an MP3 player. This unit comes with a brand new stacker cable (4m I think) which costed me $130. Stacker itself retails at $449. Looking for at least $200, also put it on ebay; http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...8&category=3293 PM me if you're interested...
  5. How long should it take for your oil pressure to settle down? In mornings or when engine is cold, my rev's sit at around 1200rpm, then go down to around 800rpm. Car also stinks of fuel!!! Had my AFM checked out, air/fuel ratios were spot-on (factory specs)... To add to this, which I think may be a different problem, if I rev my anywhere past 1500rpm, then let it off, when it passes 1200rpm the car sort of shudders... Anyone experience something like this? Car is R33 GTST, using Mobil 1 oil.
  6. Hey, there seems to be a fair few of us after one these (to fit 2 5/8 gauge), maybe someone out there can organise a group buy??? I've looked around at some places that sell jap parts, but they're asking rediculous prices for these mounts... Anyone out there able to help???
  7. Get em from Batmbl in forums or Flying Performance off ebay. Same stuff, but me's think Batmbl sells em for a bit cheaper.
  8. Jesus Christ Dave, a car for every day??? 4 me, the old shit-box Cressida. Good for surf runs, cheap, reliable and, if I were on my L's again, I wouldn't buy any other car.
  9. Has anyone got any pix of the installs they've done?
  10. Congrats on the new line zymotic! "I know it won't be quiet as fast as a WRX but it will certainly look better in my eyes" - maybe not yet, but a WRX is worth double what you paid for your line! A couple of mods and the only WRX you'll see, will be one in your rear vision mirror Good luck!
  11. S2000 for me... Minis are gay (unless you're got ure hand up one), and when don't you see an overweight typeR?
  12. Make sure you read the fine print though! If you're like me and travel round a bit, stay at a mates house from time to time, some companies wont cover you if your car if it's stolen. I think from memory Just Cars will cover it, but Famous don't. Just a heads up!
  13. My boss has an astra turbo... gotta say, it's pretty good. I think he's going the usual mods (exhaust, intake, etc) as well as some rice bits. Fun car, although he wouldn't let me drive it for some reason
  14. Pentae, if you're after a price on R34's, get in contact with Leisure Vehicles in Bayswater.
  15. I personally can't see the benefits in aftermarket BOV's than wank factor... To me it attracts too much attention, and people on the sidewalk/passengers expect you to give it a boot-full so they can hear it, which may lead to an accident!!!
  16. Hey Al, that looks sweet! How is the display screen mounted in where the ashtray used to be? Have you set it up so that you can just pull it off? Only asking cause was thinking of putting my boost gauge in there, but worried about how to set this up, in case one day I need to change stereo systems or something, and need to get at them 2 screws in there...
  17. Anyone properly sound deadend their front doors? If so, how much do you need/did you use all up?
  18. AK, I've only got standard intercooler, so I'm not sure on where you need to look. Can someone help him out...
  19. I never really thought about Camry drivers being ones to look out for... that was until about 10mins ago. Some nut in a Sportivo overtook me doing about 120 in a 50 zone... i thought.... yeah right mate! Then I saw him on the freeway doing at least 130 in an 80 zone, tail-gating that even made me squirm, overtaking cars via side streets, red lights and had to be the biggest ****bag I've ever seen on the road. And to top it off, after his antics, I still went passed him doing 80!!! For those of you who might be on the Geelong - Melbourne freeway, lookout for a champagne coloured Sportivo with a really cool "BUGGER" sticker on the back, number plates SIG-599. He's got to be the biggest wanker I've ever seen! Make sure you give him plenty of room - cause he can't drive!
