I think you can just find some decent projectors from wreckers...and some 2nd hand ballast and bulbs, just make sure they're OEM brands.. Just savage them from S2000 and Accord euro (luxury), they are known to be s2k and TSX projectors. S2k is probably one of the best HID projectors out there. Here's a few pics of the s2000 projectors i'm trying to retrofit..

To my knowledge, if its HID.. then it must have a ballast, ignitor and the rest of it.. if it says HID globe, i reckon its just trying to draw attention to ppl that it might be "HID-like" but its actually just a white halogen bulb. Just get some branded globes (eg philips, narva) with the proper rating to your stock bulbs
