  1. I've got one of these going in this week although it's an NPC branded one. Same unit, down to the second half of the part number.

  4. Still looking for R34 manual gearbox wiring loom & part no. (or full engine loom if someone's got one going cheap) plus shifter trim...
  5. ...alternatively, if anyone's got the part number for R34 manual gearbox loom that would be much appreciated
  6. Ok I think I have flywheel bolts, bearing carrier and shifter trim sorted. Any idea where to get an R34 manual gearbox wiring loom?

  9. Hi Andrew, I've been collecting a kit for my GTT for a couple of months now, it's taking ages... You might want to try eBay for a complete kit. Good luck.
  10. Yet another question: Do I need manual gearbox harness/loom (gearbox to fuse box) or can the auto harness be modified to plug into the manual box? Thanks again!
  11. Digging up an old thread, I've got a similar problem. My power steering reservoir looks like it's always been weeping a bit but now I have drops coming down on the left hand side under the engine bay. See below for a pic. Any suggestions on how to investigate and remedy this? Is it just the connectors/lines or is my rack going too? Could it be leaking from multiple spots? Also, can you recommend a PS specialist in Melb who knows Skylines...? Thanks!
  12. ^^^ Matching colour scheme in the 32 and 34, you should start a drift team Nice bonnet btw.
  13. Late update just in case anyone's having similar problems... Turns out the root cause here was a corroded connector right before the plus terminal of the battery. This means that the current sometimes got through and sometimes didn't. I still reckon this fluctuation caused the immobiliser to think that it's being disconnected, which cut off the engine at lower revs. I had the immobiliser disconnected for a while whilst it was being diagnosed and it never cut out during that time. My auto elec removed the offending connector altogether (it was unnecessary anyway, no idea why it's been installed), we reconnected the immobiliser and the car has been running perfect ever since. Anyway, moral of the story - check all the simple things first!!
  14. Different car and wheels but here's what 20mm spacers look like on an R34 GTT: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/391281-wheel-spacer-size-for-r34-gtt-stockies/ Whatever you do make sure you get hub centric ones.

  17. Thanks guys! Yeah definitely test for fitment before mounting, much quicker than fitting it twice... Mine's stayed on perfectly for two months now. Here's a behind the scenes shot, I let it sit like this for 48 hours to cure properly:
  18. These too are available from your local Nissan dealership, part number is 32204-V5004 (RING-SNAP).
  19. Looks like I'm missing another circlip/lock ring, see below, any idea where to get one in Melb/Aus?
  20. It shouldn't be too dissimilar to the R34 conversion: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/139916-diy-r34-manual-conversion-using-r33-parts/
  21. Never heard of that swing, I thought all Skylines were meant to be modified??
