I dont think they are that common i dont see many on the road day to day driving Except on a friday or saturday night cruising through surfers when all the nice cars come out.

oh i see i only have the type-m front bar on mine. Any quality exhaust shop should beable to do piping up for you. I dunno if maybe it would be possible for them to modify the existing piping? could be cheaper too.

because the rb25 has Variable Cam Timing it makes a intake cam gear useless afaik?

So are you saying the piping and cooler are already fitted to the car? gavin fitted my hybrid kit, he had to modify it a bit but he did a great job and didnt have to cut the fan blade either. If its already on the car i dont see why it would be beneficial to get new piping made?

if it was a ca18det they dont come with a bov from the factory. So just by adding a pod filter will make that sound. standard turbo is a t25 and for the sr20 its a t25g

Nah i didnt get my car of an asian guy. I was in the right place at the right time too. I got a ripper of a deal on mine. Any manual with the same mods was at least 5k more in price.

auto's rock! mines auto and ive done quite a few mods and im quite happy with it. Its great for being on constant boost when changing gears. I find i cant launch mine as good as a manual but my rear tyres are ****ed too so that could be the case. I wouldnt convert it, when buying second hand manual boxes you dont know if the sychro's are ****ed or its got any leaking bearings. I found this out the hard way in my old car. The car seems to lose its integrity too. I wanted a manual too but i settled on the auto as i got mine for a great price, and im still happy with it.

Hey guys Im looking at getting an e-manage for my car. Firstly i wanna say my car is auto so i cant get a power fc otherwise i would This unit seems to be the best value ecu around. I have heard a couple of problems though, one is the ignition harness having trouble with the auto transmission and that they can melt coil packs. But i also read that the latest firmware for it corrects the coil pack problem. Id like to know if anyone out there has one of these units and what they think of it. Cheers, Matt
