  4. out of curiosity, what is everyone's favorite exercise? mine would have to be deadlifts. I always approach this lift with as much aggression and intensity as i can possibly muster. That mixed in with pulling a big number brings me a lot of satisfaction

  8. yea, I didnt put weight on from year 7 right through to 18, then I gained a couple kg to 65kg. from 18 to 24 weight didnt change

  11. hehe, yeah well that particular 16 year old I am keeping an eye out for in the future if he decides to give up all the other shit he does and just focus on MMA or boxing or kick boxing, he will go far. Best ammature I ever trained with and faught.
  12. haha, just got me a good one is all. was ok we had another bout a few months later and i dealt with him. So that made up for it nothing makes up for the 16 year old putting a beating on me when i was 22 though....................
  13. worst feeling for me in regards to failing was in MMA had a fight, worked my arse off for 6 months leading into it, weights, diet, trainning everything get in the ring, in the first round, take a elbow to the face reff stops the fight due to cut that broke me down bad, was so hard to return to trainning
  14. haha, seriously isnt that involved. set up your workout, and then you just enter weight and reps
  15. really hope so, I think not benching as much as what i was 2 weeks ago put me right out of it mentally just got to get back into the swing of things
  16. yea, i wasn't overally surprised to be honest. mentally i wasn't in the zone which i know impacts lifting some regular time in the gym would be nice If I had room at home, I would seriously consider getting a power cage with a decent bar and weight and some DBs maybe even KBs
  17. try the app jefit calculates volume and your 1rm based off previous and current lifts. also lets you know how much weight at how many reps you need to bust out to increase volume or even your 1RM its handy
  18. wish some of the chicks at my gym commented on my squat form

  20. nice workout, how are you tracking your progress? in way of volume from previous lifts etc?
  21. nice lifts leesh your deads and leg press are heavier weight then some of the blokes that lift in my gym
