  1. well first night back in gym after 2 weeks - uni and puppy along with work has taken all of my time got to gym last night, dropped near 30kg on all my lifts for that particular workout. Hopefully it doesnt take long to get back to where i was.

  3. But in saying that I to haven't been having any supplements and have gained weight and strength. Recently added some BCAAs and have only noticed that I am not as sore as previous workouts
  4. Guess if you have a real good diet already then protein supplements only top u up. I have heard that if you consume to much protein, the excess goes to waste. Could be bro science tho

  8. $60 for any book in this day and age of electronics is a rip off $20 if it is specifically designed for you, where you are at, tailored towards your goals is a different story. Especially if you actually saw someone in person and they did any form off assessment, I would actually say it was the consumer ripping the writer off in that instance. $20 for a program such as 5x5 is a rip off

  15. have you tried 50 as your first working set? that may answer if its fatigue causing the bending or not, otherwise may just be a strength thing that you need to work on

  18. my knees buckle inwards when I start getting tired. Its the first sign that my form is dropping. If it isnt happening every set and every rep, probably isnt a real big issue. Just means its time to stop and go onto the next exercise. If its happening from the first rep and pain builds up until you have to stop, then I say stop squatting

  20. I squat more in line with the first train of thought. Can't help you as to which is right or wrong though mate

  23. i was on them for a little while, hated them with a passion, for the time I was on them I was a zombie with no feelings at all. the second i got sad or angry, anything like that, i felt as if i had hot water poured on my brain. end of the day it was up to me to sort my shit out, not a drug
