Ummm u could go a racing wing, but could look a bit ghey if u went to over the top with it. Dark as legal tinted windows (even with a slight purple tinge to it could look nice). Just some ideas. if there is no residue then thats a good thing, generally when a car has a oil leak or burns to much oil it leaves it behind on your kit. It could just just be struggling to breath a bit and letting the rest out after the ignition is turned off. The smell of the oil would worry me tho, im not sure what that could mean or could cause. Get it to the mechanic as soon as you can man, thats my advice.

does it leave anything on your kit as it leaves the exhaust? like a blue black, (hard to explain) ill go with marks? if it does then id say oil leak or the motor is burning too much oil. Your oil shouldnt smell like petrol... If it does then im guessing you might have some problems, but its never happened to me. My advice get her down to your mechanic and get her looked at. How many km's have you hit?

Ummm my opinion on it is that the other driver is at fault. Looking at the pictures and provided that the info u have provided is true then he is clearly at fault, he has cut into the other lane and plowed into you... pretty much a no brainer if you ask me. Have u asked the cops yet? If you havent turned out of your stationary position and he has t-boned you, well shit if he isnt at fault then im not driving anymore.

cant coppers tell if he was speeding by judging the scene of the accident? like the tyre marks, positioning of the cars etc? Did you have the give way sign or did he? like others have said if he was speeding his fault, but if you had give way and he is found not to have been then your fault. Really depends on evidence because its not what you know its what you can prove at the end of the day. Sucks tho, glad you werent hurt to much... is the line a write off? t-bones usually are arent they...

ive been tested twice cause i have a problem with my eyes n shit. 1st time i hadnt touched anythin and i got done, had a blood test and got off, second time i was off chops and got off.... i think that says it all

to tell the truth, i dont think its there problem if your speedo is out or not... I rekon you will get done even worse if you take it to court... I know it sucks and all but if it was me, id pay the fine, cop the points and fix the speedo... good luck to you if you take it on tho.
