Forgot to mention, im in NSW near Sydney

Hi Guys, As the title suggest im looking at buying a car with 300+kw at the wheels. What i need to know is what is the best way to look for a car like this? are there any dealers or websites that specialise in this kinda thing? i checked boostcruising and here but couldnt find anything. Also are there any dealers that deal with this? Also i want something that will handle this power well, anyone have any ideas? I have been looking at GTRs, WRXs and Lancer Evo's but cant quite seem to find anything, is there any other cars that i should have a look at? Cheers Guys, Mitch

2 questions: Hows the project going now? And WYTSKY how much did ur conversion cost u roughly? i was thinkin bout converting mine, but i want something with around 300kw at the wheels so i think it would be a bit pricy for me.

As most people guessed ACA and TT dont want anything to do with it. I faxed over insurance records and all sorts of information and nothing. Guys i dont know what else to do? cerci a couple of the cars were in the security section, which is the main reason as to why we think its an in house job. Maybe you got lucky? Anyways guys if anyone wants me to try something else or has any other ideas please let me know.

Have a look at the Kenwood gear. They are usually pretty cheap and not to bad quality. I think they have a 4channel amp out at the moment for round your price range.

ive thought about this and have asked for people knowing anything about people having their commonwhores n falcobores flogged. some have turned up in the miranda area. Generally the shire is a bad area from what ive learnt. im trying to find a range of cars that are being targeted, not just imports. Also if anyone works in insurance could you some how get a list of claims made for stolen cars in the miranda area? would be good to get some real high numbers, before i call ACA or TT.

Problem is i cant find a number for them.

Obviously there is a difference. Double base... I guess it would be a hell of alot louder maybe not sharper tho. but then ive never had 2subs. I know my mate had two in his lancer n when the kickers went in metal sounded wicked.

As far as i am aware, as long as we dont belt the living shit out of them, we wont be in trouble. If we have made claims to the police n done everything right and take it into our own hands we should be right. The best way to do it is to cable tie their hands behind their back or even hog tie them. NO ABUSE. That is the main thing, if the cops show up n they have recieved some nice hits n kicks, we in the back n they get away.... again. However there are ways to do it without being caught n leaving a mark

Well if we are going to do this. lets stop talking about it and do it. Everyone who has had their car flogged from this car park, no matter who it is, i want to know the following: - Car make/model - Year - Colour - Mods - Where abouts you parked it - How long you were gone for - If you noticed anything suspicious - How often you park there - And anything else you can think off. We dont just want skylines, we should try and get ALL imports and in general ALL cars, take that to ACA or TT. Also if others have had their cars flogged in the area in general would be good to get a decent list going. Either PM or post it here and ill start making some arrangements.

Well said Niko, People have to understand that supra's arent for track use. They are all for crusing and the 1/4mile thru and thru. As a cruiser a supra is a heap better car then the skyline, has much more going for it in that department, doesnt matter what model you're talking about (my opinion). Looks? well that is opinion too, i personally prefer the supra, its original, slick, fat and everything else. Also from where i live, there arent that many supra's, but there are a million skylines around. The motors and gear boxes i cant comment about because i dont know. From what i have heard they are super strong, but then i havent had a problem with my skyline yet and i drive that like i stole it. Check youtube out, there is a supa in america that is "street legal" and is doing 6second passes. how legal it is i dont know, i dont live in America and i wouldnt b suprised if there wasnt much of an actual supra left. Also pleanty of videos of supras racing ferrari's and what not. But i havent seen much crash hot videos of skylines. At the end of the day both cars are great for what they are and for what they are designed for. No arguements there. Also to the dude who said that there r alot of supra's out there with crazy mods that r just an extension to their penis. Well the same can be said about skylines.... i find it more so about skyline owners. The worst lot for them are wrx drivers. There is always at least on in every crowd. Which car is better? well you can go off stats if you want or you can just go off personal prefrence. Maybe that is the least dicky way to do it. If you like a skyline thats cool, but just because u like it doesnt mean its a better car then a supra or rexy.\ My 2c.

You seem pretty keen on the wrx, so why not just go for what you want? at the end of the day your the one driving it not us. ive been looking at them too but i cant find one that doesnt have 100 000+kms on the clock!! Im not sure about the whole lag thing and mec problems, but from wht ive seen they are pretty dam quick and have heard they are a top car. If you want to know their times have you tried lookin on google?

Hasnt there been like 4 or 5 threads dealin with stolen cars n westfields at miranda recently? Lesson: Don park there. Reason why security dont do anything or keep an eye out for anything is because they are probably in on it or just to lazy in general. either way they are pricks. Hope the footage helps find these blokes, they need to be stopped. Probably the same lot that are behind all the stolen cars in miranda. Gl with finding it even tho he wont get it back.

that only works if there r no train or buses that go to ur work and there are too many other options out there for different cars you can buy. Basically you wont get an excemption. I tried, didnt work, perfect driving record doesnt even count for anything. Good luck tho.
