  2. After 8 months or something like that. Friend of mine has recommended acupuncture to help heal it
  3. So has been confirmed. I have a small tear in my groin. Thankfully its not bad and doesn't require surgery. Doctor has recommended 6 months off oztag and no stress to my legs. Walking is fine and jogging if i am up for it. Also believes that my flexibility is disgraceful and i need to focus on stretching or go and do yoga

  11. Drop the bread might help. Some people react bad to carb. Ensure when you lift you do so at a controlled pace and a reasonably difficult weight. Also have a look at carb back loading. Cousin has been doing this for the last 8 months and he is in the beat shape he has ever been in Also consider not walking 10kms and replace with some sprints
  12. genetics. depending who you talk to will depend on the answer. Some people believe that there is a difference between the upper and lower pec, others claim its all the one pec whatever u do just make sure you smash the chest area and eat enough food for it to recover

  14. good news about my physio, he thinks that it is all posture related and can be fixed pretty quick. major thing that I have to do is change my desk lay out at home and work, sit up straighter, walk taller and a few simple back stretches. also said i have scoliosis (if that is how it is spell it) which is why it hurts more on my right side rather then my left. unfortunate thing is I have to lift less, especially anything above my head
  15. Well for me I have hurt both shoulders on incline bench and press in the past. One guy reckons my shoulders roll inwards and my back isnt engaging them and keeping them straight. He believes that is why my bench has always sucked. What he doesn't know is why it hurts on the computer, sleeping, throwing a tennis ball and a number of other activities. Bad posture is also to blame I think. Will see what physio thinks tomorrow
  16. And shoulder, back and trap are le f**ked. Have had some discomfort in my right shoulder particularly for awhile now but as of yesterday on bench it is now much much worse. Booked in for a physio see what they say

  19. used to be able to roll to a standing position when i boxed back in the day. these days i think id struggle to roll

  21. need to work on my deadlift form. No pain from the lift but an experienced coach has pointed out a couple of flaws in my technique that he recommends me fix before comp day.
