    Your Premium being 21 is going to be huge, its turbo and you have had an accident and its am import as well. I would expect no less then $3000 a year for full comp on a GTT. Justcar would be the way to go. I am 22 and justcar was the only company that would insure my gtst and it was $1900 but i had never had an accident. I would just ring around its free to get a quote

    I Just sent an email to the Rockstar Warehouse asking about pre order info on a un censored copy shipped to australia, My reply said that they are unable to ship Mature rated games outside the US and Canada
