Hey guys, I have a skyline that was hit from behind by a landcruiser who was watching the kids. It wasnt a big hit, but it was enough for NRMA to consider it a writeoff. Apparently its done 248k, but the odo hasnt worked since I got it ~5000k ago. It's still drivable, gets a bit warm when driven too long. I'm reasonably confident its the thermo, but who knows. The gearbox is pretty whiny, the diff is shaky, control arms drivers side are bent, the breather valves on the petrol tank are blah... My guess is you'd be paying for the engine. That said... the engine is one of the smoothest and cleanest I've seen for any original R31 or VL. Any change in the price, or is this still a $14000 non-turbo R33?
