seperating the plenum/throttle body at all?

hmm im going to go down to my mates shop tommorow as he has a gtr and my gts-t down there at the moment and climb underneath and measure up the shaft to the center bearing and see if i can make a shaft from the gtr and gtst shafts put together. not sure about what im doing with the crossmember, assuming i will need to use the gtr one. would be good if it was a straight swap but i can see it needing some modification. anybody know?

If I wasn't quite clear enough what im asking exactly is will the tailshaft be the right length?, Will it bolt to the gts-t diff? Is there any way i can use the gts-t tailshaft and gtr tailshaft together, like front part of gtr shaft and back part of gts-t shaft? Thanks in advance guys.

I am just about to bolt a modified r32 gtr gearbox to my rb25det in my gts-t, I was just wondering when i put it in if a gtr tailshaft would bolt straight up or would i have to get a custom tailshaft?

Im just about to put a rb25det in my 32 coupe and i have the choice of the standard turbo or a vg30 highflowed turbo. I know next to nothing when it comes to turbos so I was just wondering what the better option would be and what each one would offer / the differences between the two. If its of any help in making a choice i will be running a turbo back 3" exhaust, front mount, yellow jacket coilpacks and standard ecu. Probly not looking to boost over say 14psi as its mainly for street use and i will drive it as a daily pretty much. Thanks in advance, Matt.

If its turbo im after a 25det gearbox and a 25det wiring loom

Just some things i need to get my car on the road. - Bonnet (prefer black) for a gts-t r32 - Wiring loom for a S2 RB25DET, if its any different from a S1 i dont know? - Possibly want a 25DET box (depends on price) - Carpet for r32 coupe - Battery clamp - Rear seatbelts I might need a few other bits, I will update when i get a chance to give it a good look over. 2 weeks ago i got my 1992 r32 gts-t coupe, it came with: - tien coilovers - gtr front and rear struts - gtr cams (apparently, does sound lumpy for a rb20) - front mount intercooler - new splitfire coilpacks - highflowed vg30 turbo - new heavy duty ctutch - full turbo back exhaust - 17" wheels also came with a S2 rb25det and manual box $4000 cash moneys car has minor scratching and one or two dints but has no rust and is pretty straight. think i got a bargain

Here are some pics of the trial fit, nothing is bolted on just sitting there really. Can sit a little better but had no one to hold them for me.

Got my 4door taillights today and ripped the rear end off the coupe so I could trial fit and see how much work was involved. Good thing is its not as much as i had thought, definitely doable. Cut away a bit of steel and drill some holes to fit the lights in and then weld some steel on to the boot lid and shape them to the lights. The 4 door rear bar I have is almost going to bolt straight on, just needs to be cleaned up and some small adjustments. Will post pics shortly of the trial fit.

Its not the 4 door i like so much, just the coupe taillights i dislike... And I did not buy a four door because the car I found for sale was a coupe, And for what I got with it and what I payed for it I couldn't say no. Besides, I still have a full 4 door body kit from my previous 32 and I have a set of taillights on there way to me atm. I am determined to make it happen, Just thought someone else was bound to have done it and could give me a few pointers or something along those lines.

I also need: The full seatbelt setup for the back seat The plastic that runs from parcel shelf to roof The plactic from the the pillar the front seatbelts are bolted to the floor carpet for the backseat

Im a fan of the 4-door style taillight and want to put them on the back of my coupe. Just wondering if anyone else has done this conversion, and if so how. The coupe bootlid looks to be wider so i was thinking i would have no choice but to use it and get it cut to fit. Just trying to find out what i can before i attempt this, i already did a search but only found stuff about putting a coupe rear on a 4 door...i want the opposite >< any help or pics would be great, cheers guys (P.S. 4 door rear ftw) Matt.

Wow that was quick... Just sourced taillights, still need headlights and indicators.

Just got another 32, YAY! need a heap of parts, I will put them up as I need them. I need a passenger side projector style headlight and a pair of the clear indicators for up front. I also want tail lights like this for my coupe

Thanks for the help, It does have the impul wheels, strut bars and bodykit, But is there anyway to tell the exhaust and suspension are the impul items? are they a specific type or have a way of identifying them?
