  1. bump. also to mention it comes with loom and mines ecu. will also throw in gearbox but no clutch/flywheel. still $1500...you could hardly get a std motor and box for this let alone ecu and injectors etc so wanna get it quick
  2. yea mate i would go with: -Power FC (D Jetro if you can to run MAP sensor and not dumb AFMs) or Haltech E11V2 if you are richie rich -555cc or bigger injectors (remember that the bigger the injector the harder the idle quality is to control) -Splitfires just to be sure...as mentioned std ones are cool but most in poo cond' and they have to deal with australian heat - as for fuel pump i would go the bosch or a walbro -not needed but for making the most out of your injectors get an adj' fuel reg (SARD my choice) -dump pipe and high flow cat -got the turbo sorted looks like but something like a GT-RS or many things from trust, HKS, Garrett etc but GT-RS has good response and is usable with std manifold -as for tuners i went to a big name tuner in sydney because of the name and the fact they had the "worlds fastest WRX" and got a microtech fitted and tuned on my RB20...only to spend thousands and have it return with the ECU floating around under the passenger seat unbolted and driving like a cop and only 168kW atw at 18psi!!! took it to Mark at DAT Performance on the Central Coast and by playing with it for 20mins he got 182kW at 14psi!!! took it for a full tune and got 212kW @ 14psi...the previous workshop had the base map on it and near nothing else....now I take all my stuff to him including my RB25 swap. Not that you live in sydney but just points out that you really have to pick carefully with tuners....someone who knows what they are doing but is also ethical. Hope this helps Regards, Jono

Hey Guys, For sale is an RB20DET out of a 92 R32 i am now doing a 25 so no need for this anymore... what the engine has: -Head completely redone by thornleigh cylinder heads (decked, cams linished, cleaned, new valve seals, valve seat regrind etc) -Cometic Metal Head Gasket -Mahle pistons rings -ACL Race Series Big End/Main Bearings -Honed etc -Block tested -Crank Linished -GTR Coil Packs -440cc injectors (just been cleaned and tested) -Gates Racing Timing Belt Will sell with stock turbo and ecu for $1500 this setup on a run in tune and a KKR430 turbo made 212kw at 8psi. pm me or msg me on 0421 308 872 will post pics when engine is out of car

  6. price on the r33 turbo is $100 or you could go to SSS automotive and all the others and pay $300+ as i said i dont know bout its history so thats why its cheaper

  8. i use the second handies coz i get them free off the tyre shop i work next to lol have an exedy heavy duty clutch i am on 17s so the tyres aren't gonna be that great for drag anyway lol

I am quite aware of the fact I wont be able to get a very accurate time from posting on forums or using a freaking iPhone....and WILL take my car to WSID...When its done but till then I was trying to get a second opinion on my guestimates and see if the general SAU community thought I was being a bit optimistic. You seem like the kid who used to kick over peoples sand castles, I work in the automotive industry and am not a dimwitted 17 year old so dont assume I'm a moron. and even if I was you shouldn't have such a facetious attitude. With that info someone that is knowledgable and experienced should be able to give me ballpark figures. So, Does someone who isn't a K to the N O B have an opinion?
  10. what do you guys think my 32 gtst will run with about 210 too 220rwkW? could have up to 250 when done but that is the most conservative figure i have been quoted upgrades are: -rebuilt engine (metal head gasket, rings, ACL bearings, completely recoed head) -GTR injectors (fresh cleaned and serviced) -OS Giken Cam Gear on zorst side -Gates Triple Strength T/belt -FMIC -Walbro 550hp fuel pump -sard fuel reg -full zorst, no cat (shhhhhhh) -pod -KKR430 turbo -Microtech LT16S ECU tuned by Tony Rigoli Performance phew lol so i wanted high 12s...think thats possible on coilovers and second hand 235s? also what power figures sound more on key? gotta beat my mates 6litre HSV Maloo lol

Sorry bout that i was looking at buying it then and there almost so i did want urgent help but point taken. have decided to go with the humble KKR430 want to a tough street car with good circuit and drift ability so got all that stuff plus recaro seat and full whiteline catalog almost lol also my speedo just randomly stopped working...not the drive in the gearbox or the bottom of the cable...new dash needed maybe?
  16. hey guys, never meant to rebuild my 20 but it cracked a head so i built a new one it has -completely reconditioned head..valve grind and seals etc -ACL race series main and big end bearings -Mahle piston rings -Cometic 1.2mm metal head gasket -Every seal and gasket replaced -GTR injectors -Adjustable cam gears -Gates Racing Triple Strength Timing Belt -Getting the ECU retuned by MRC Performance with the nistune software now it comes to turbo...hmmmm dont have heaps of money so i cant afford the garrett i wanted someone through work offered me an unused KKR560 turbo for a price i couldnt refuse IS IT TOO LAGGY? its about the same size as a Garrett 3076 I dont care if it spools up to full boost at about 4000-4500rpm just not much later advice pls
