Yeah basically... set up on a blind corner, I drove around... did nothing wrong, and yeah they looked over the car. 50mm to low... lol. I knew it was low when I bought it, but didnt think it was that low...

I wasnt complaining... I was trying to explain that I need parts to get it off defect, I'm sure some people on here have those parts that I need. I just gotta find them, and what better way then to say what happened and what I need.

-_- Not normally an angry person, but... umm, grow up eh? Ive been on forums for years and your the first person to say anything about that. And no I didnt get the speed limiter done, I couldnt give a damn. Spend most of my time and money on the damn thing to keep something unique still around. And I dont see why you people are total assholes to me, quite frankly Im annoyed at it. Should be happy that there is Cefiro that still is drivable in this country. Ive given it a good run, no denying... my first turbo car, and it wasnt the first turbo car I wanted. But it was practical, had the power and most of all it had the uniqueness that I love. But what breaks on it, I fix... So far have had no trouble with it. Apart from getting defected last Friday, by driving into a defect station. Wasnt doing anything wrong, just wrong place wrong time. I havnt had to touch it. Now im gettin bits and pieces sorted out to get the defect taken off. Because its worth it... I have talked to quite a few people in Adelaide here about their Ceffy's and I dont get a problem. They all know who it used to belong to, well most of them, and they know I'm going to look after it. So why the hate huh? This has to be the best place to ask for advice, parts or opinions and I cant get a damn thing. Whats wrong with helping someone out who just bought the same car that everyone else loves to own? I admit the speed limiter thing was pretty stupid, and I have no idea why I even asked to be honest. Bit excited I guess... I might of come across a total moron in regards to driving... but im not like that, I like the power.. but I dont just go out looking for people to show off too by sliding past them. My eyes, me driving past in the Cefiro is good enough for them. Ive had countless people yell out Ceffy! as I drive past. I got one saying Cefolo last Satuday. lol... I dont show off in it, I dont thrash the shit outta it, I love it for what it is... and I hope that it lasts for many years to come! Whether its mine or not... Just wanna clear this up... And yes... my mates do call me AdMan, so do most of my relatives... Adam.

Got defected earlier tonight, turned a corner... and into a defect station. Never been pulled into a defect station, so upset right now.

I got some fairly good plans for it so far, just looking at having something completely different to everyone else. At the moment, cosmetic is what makes it look a bit sad. Mostly it needs a new front bar, lookin out for an Autech one. Havnt even seen one in person yet. Looking for new headlights also, new or second hand... just need to get something that has the covers over them. Really ruins the look. Had a few problems with the intercooler piping the last couple of days, pressure finding weak points in the silicone joins and making its escape. Should have no dramas with it now. Theres a few things with the engine I wanna sort out also, the 20 shall be fine for now. I love how it sounds... Exhaust needs to be moved over, might get that done sometime soon. Respray is in an order, and I got a pretty nice idea on how im gonna do that. Cant wait... I'm learning something, thats basically what I want to try and do... hehe. Cheers mate!

No matter what cruise im on, I always get someone come up to me and ask questions haha.. Cant even wash the car without someone interested in it. I love its unique look, its pratical... its just brilliant basically!

Hey, Ive been looking all over the net for an installation guide to assist me in my installation of a boost gauge. Ive tried searching this forum, and many others and even attempted to make sense of an R32 RB20DET guide but couldnt figure it out as I obviously dont have a stock gauge to start with. Any help would be appreciated thanks... Adam.

Just wondering where I can find a front bar for the Ceffy, has aftermarket sideskirts and rear bar, but the front was taken off for regency before I bought it, and the stock wrecking yard front bar just ruins the whole car at the moment. Which place would have one or able to get one in stock? I dont know much about bodykits. Thanks... Adam.

Looking for headlights plus the plastic casing around them for a 89' A31 Cefiro, and the front grill. Mines all a bit banged up. (No I didnt crash it lol.) Cheers, Adam.

Dynoed: Some Aussie Mufflers place on Port Road. When: 20th Jan 08 Mode:Shit knows... Pod was extremely dirty when It was done... looking at increasing the boost in a few weeks.

Hmm... I've had it for about 3 weeks now, and I love it to death. And yes the foglights are excellent. I was more for looks rather then performance, but now, you cant really have one without the other. Hate to sound like an uber noob lol... I never thought I'd actually buy a Ceffy to be honest, Ive liked em but never pictured myself with one. I'm really just curious as to see what she can do yanno, sometimes it will kick in and slow the car down, but sometimes it wont do it.. has a mind of its own. *waves arms mysteriously*.

I got told my Z31 NA had to be 90db at 3,300 revs... Had no cat, straight 2 1/2" from extractors to a single muffler... and I had no hope in passing lol. Did get defected for it. Sounded bloody awesome for a VG30E though.

Well.. Im interested in how you remove the speed limiter, I'm sure someone on here knows, snip of a wire or does it require tuning? Thanks.. Adam.

Not eligible to be roadworthy in Aus, whats the point in owning a car like that and just showing it off at the track... im not the biggest fan of S13's anyway... hehe.

Anyway... 89' A31 Cefiro 127,000k's Silvertop RB20DET 5 Speed Manual Adjustable Coilovers Front Mount Intercooler Apexi Blow Off Valve Aftermarket Sideskirts and Rear Bar 17" Rims 3" Turbo back exhaust with canon muffler (sounds really nice) Dyno tuned and got 142kw at the wheels. Probably some more stuff but that'll do. Its a bit of a change to my other cars Ive had.Before thisI was driving around in a Volvo 240 to get to work etc. And I have a 86' Z31 Turbo project car, which never really took off the ground. So if anyone wants it for $800 or so, then just ask lol. Before that I had a 85' NA Z31 which I sold just recently as it got defected. So I thought I should get something slightly more practical. Anyway, heres some pictures of the beast.

That was the same as me, until a few days ago.. Now it wont go down at all, hear the motor trying to retract it, but nothing happens. Ive been wanting to lower it so it doesnt come up at all, just looks so damn wierd.
