I recommend changing your gearbox oil with some Redline Gearbox Oil. You may find that this will fix the problem for you..... out of interest when was the last time the oil was changed? If you don't know then it is time for you to change it.

Could be.... it is his fault for letting you accrue that amount of holidays in the first place. He is probably just lowering the amount of your holidays so that if you leave of your own accord he isn't bankrupted by paying out three months worth of pay to you at once.

Unfortunately true for most of the population. I am the manager of a Computer Hardware company by the name of www.umart.com.au , it is an area I am very interested in, the conditions are good and all in all I am quite satisfied with my position (at the moment anyways) -
I believe FYN33 (Samantha) is still interested, you might wanna see if she is still up for it.
